Method And System For Providing Customized Personal Well Being Management

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for providing customized personal well-being management based on ayurveda. The method includes receiving, by a personal well-being system, login details of a user. The method also includes providing, by the personal well-being system, a lifestyle analysis questionnaire that is prepared based on a plurality of ayurvedic principles to the user. Further, the method includes processing the lifestyle analysis questionnaire to generate a personal well-being report based on a plurality of well-being verticals and that reflects health status of the user and includes a health score and a plurality of health sub-scores. Moreover, the method includes providing one or more recommendations about a health condition and steps to improve the health condition, and follow-up support to the user.
