Vacuum Pump And Method For Controlling Heating

Abstract: The invention relates to a vacuum pump (1) comprising: - a heating module (5) comprising at least one electrical heating element (6) which is configured to heat the stator (4) of the vacuum pump (1) when it is electrically powered, characterised in that the heating module (5) further includes a heating control unit (8) which is configured to: - measure the value of a parameter representative of the voltage of the electrical network to which the vacuum pump (1) is electrically connected, - supply a supply voltage (U) to the at least one heating element (6) by adapting the electrical power of the electrical network by taking into account the measured value of the parameter representative of the voltage of the electrical network (Ures) in order to reach a predetermined setpoint temperature.
