Test Case Generation Device And Test Case Generation Method

Abstract: The present invention includes a method for generating a test case document in which a procedure for executing a test by means of a verification device and a determination criterion for a result of the test executed according to the procedure are defined. The method involves reading a test requirement document including a waveform chart representing a temporal change in the value of a parameter of the test and the type of the parameter, and analyzing the value of the parameter and the timing at which the value changes. The method involves selecting a function for setting a value to a parameter that is an input value, and determining a procedure for executing the function on the basis of the timing at which the value of the parameter changes. The method involves selecting a function for determining whether the value of a parameter that is an output value is an expected value, and determining a determination criterion using the function. Then, the method involves generating a test case document including the determined procedure and the determined determination criterion.
