Abstract: Provided are a camera system and an accessory, the camera system including a camera that has a light emitting unit capable of reporting camera information by emitting light, and an accessory that can be attached to the camera, wherein in a state in which the accessory is attached to the camera, the accessory functions as a finder for confirming the imaging range of the camera, and when the accessory is attached, light from the light emitting unit can be projected onto the inside of the frame of the finder.
