Abstract: The present invention relates to a method (200) for optimizing operational parameters designed to enhance manufacturing efficiency through dynamic parameter optimization. The method (200) includes receiving sensor data for operational parameters, determining candidate parameters for optimization based on desired output levels, generating candidate parameter sets, and evaluating these sets to identify preferred configurations that achieve superior performance. A processor (112) analyzes real-time operational data and systematically evaluates parameter combinations to determine optimal settings. The method (200) continuously monitors performance and dynamically adjusts parameters to maintain optimal output levels, reducing material waste, improving cycle times, and enhancing overall equipment effectiveness in manufacturing operations.
