Abstract: The present invention provides substituted tricyclic compound of formula (I), which are therapeutically useful as KRAS degraders. These compounds are useful in the treatment and/or prevention of diseases or disorders dependent upon KRAS. The present invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or a stereoisomer or a tautomer thereof thereof.
