A Battery Case

Abstract: A battery case of vehicle is described. The battery case of the vehicle includes a first section and a second section extending downwardly from a portion of the first section. The first section includes a base and a sidewall structure extending upwardly from a periphery of the base. Further, the second section extends downwardly from a portion of the base forming a cavity. At least one terminal of the electrical component is configured to be electrically connected to a corresponding terminal of the one or more battery modules by a conductive cable. The conductive cable being configured to be routed within the first section and extending to the second section. The configuration of the battery case ensures that the conductive cable does not come in contact with external components such as the body frame of the vehicle as the conductive cable is routed within the housing.
