A Biphasic Cleansing Composition

Abstract: A BIPHASIC CLEANSING COMPOSITION The present disclosure provides a biphasic cleansing composition comprising an oil phase, having at least one silicone, at least one synthetic oil, at least one synthetic ester, at least one non-ionic surfactant, optionally at least one oil soluble active agent, and an aqueous phase having at least one metal salt, at least one buffering agent, water, optionally at least one water soluble active agent in specific proportions. The composition provides post use fast phase separation without affecting the quality/ transparency of the composition thereby retaining desired aesthetics.
