Specification

Claims:1. A composition for neuro-protection, said composition comprising:
a) naringin; and
b) daidzein;
wherein, naringin to daidzein w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 0.25:1-4:1.
2. A method of preparing a composition as claimed in claim 1.
3. A formulation for neuro-protection, said formulation comprising:
a) naringin;
b) daidzein; and
c) at least one carrier, diluent, and excipient,
wherein naringin to daidzein w/w ratio in said formulation is in the range of 0.25:1-4:1.
4. A method of preparing a formulation as claimed in claim 3.
5. A method for neuro-protection, said method comprising the steps:
a. obtaining a composition comprising:
i. naringin; and
ii. daidzein,
wherein naringin to daidzein w/w ratio in said composition is in the range of 0.25:1-4:1; and
b. contacting said composition with site of neuronal presence,
8. wherein said method provides neuro-protection.

9. 6. A method for neuro-protection, said method comprising the steps:
a. obtaining a formulation comprising:
i. naringin;
ii. daidzein; and
iii. at least one carrier, diluent, and excipient
wherein naringin to daidzein w/w ratio in said formulation is in the range of 0.25:1-4:1; and
b. contacting said formulation with site of neuronal presence,
wherein said method provides neuro-protection.
