FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a device and a method using suction type
compressed air based sprayer gun for sanitization. More particularity the present
invention relates to a device to ensure safe work condition in industrial areas during
pandemic time.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] To reduce growing pandemic of Covid 19, mass sanitization in the factory and
office areas has become mandatory. For example in heavy industry/ factory, which has
vast area, many buildings and works shops. As per Government recommendations, it
is required to sanitize working area daily i.e two times (before start & after completion
of shift) for both shift at all area.
[003] Hence for mass sanitization fire Engine and bhelmister are used commonly.
However the availability of fire engine and bhelmister is very limited. Due to covid 19
situation, fire engine driver and firemen demand has increased drastically. Due to
limited availability, sanitizing the complete work shop by using fire engine and
bhelmister consumes more time.
[004] Due to increase in waiting time, machine ideal time also increased and in turn
the regular productivity is affected and creates a demand in assemble area. Further by
using fire engine and bhelmister, narrow passages, corner places and other non-
approachable areas are difficult to sanitize periodically. It makes more difficulties and
worries to ensure safe health condition of the employees from growing pandemic of
Covid 19.
PRIOR ART OF THE INVENTION

sterilizing and disinfecting a target space by spraying a chemical including alcohol
includes a spray gun to which a chemical container containing a sterilizing and
disinfecting chemical including alcohol is attachable, a gas cylinder filled with a
compressed carrier gas that does not react with alcohol, and a pressure reducing valve
for decompressing the carrier gas discharged in a vaporized state from the gas cylinder
to a predetermined pressure, and is constructed so that the pressure reducing valve and
the spray gun are directly connected with a gas hose and mounted on a common truck.
The sterilizing and disinfecting apparatus can operate with a simple structure requiring
no power supply, and is much lighter in weight compared to conventional apparatuses.
[006] Another prior art such as “EP0421194A2”, discloses a Spray gun for a high-
pressure cleaning device with a housing which surrounds a liquid supply, an outlet line
and a closing valve and has a hand lever for opening the closing valve, characterized
in that the liquid supply line (2) is sealed in a sleeve (6) that the Outlet line (4) sealed
from the opposite side is inserted into the same sleeve (6) that one of the two lines (2,
4) forms a valve body (21) within the seal, to which a valve seat formed on the sleeve
(6) is formed (22) sealingly engages under the action of a spring (8) displacing the
sleeve (6) against the valve body (21), and that the closing lever (28) moves the sleeve
(6) against the force of the spring (8) when actuated.
[007] None of the above can fulfill the requirements for which the present has been
designed.
[008] It would therefore be advantageous to provide a device and a method using
