Abstract: A DEVICE DISPENSING SANITIZER AS MIST IN COLD FORM This invention contains a container consists of one or more mist makers and one or more blower fans, fixed / flexible delivery hoses, nozzles to deliver mist in cold form, sanitizer storage containers, float switch or valves, connecting pipes, solenoids, mini DC pumps to circulate sanitizer liquid, controlled by electronic circuits, consists of sensors, switches, drivers, SMPS power supply, speed control circuits, led lights, led indicators, toggle switches, limit switches all properly arranged in a cabinet in a systematic way. I/WE CLAIM
1. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form comprises the following steps:
(a) The power connection is activated;
(b) The Electric/Electronic Controller (EEC) takes the control of the System;
(c) Depending upon the signal received from the sensors/switch, EEC allows to get the Sanitizer Liquid to the Air Tight Container up to the optimum level and once the Liquid reaches the optimum level, EEC will activate the Ultrasonic Mist Maker;
(d) Mist gets generated in the Air Tight Container;
(e) EEC regulates the Blower Fan at adjustable speed and blows air into the Air Tight Container;
(f) Due to pressure generated by the Blower in the Air Tight Container, the already generated mist starts escaping through the Hose Pipe meant for the purpose of dispensing.
2. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the ULTRASONIC MIST MAKER is being used for generating MIST out of sanitizing liquid like, alcohol, spirit, isopropyl alcohol pure or mixed with Hydrogen Peroxide, Glycerin (with or without), Water, Distilled Water or any other disinfectant.
3. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the BLOWER FAN is used to maintain air pressure in the Air Tight Container for OUTFLOW OF MIST.
4. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the FLOAT SWITCH/FLOAT VALUE is used to maintain liquid at optimum level in the Air Tight Container
5. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the SOLENIOD AND MINI PUMP is used to regulate flow of liquid between Storage Container and Air Tight Container.
6. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the Adjustable Controller custom designed, to control speed of the for Blower Fans and Electric/Electronic Control Unit is designed exclusively to control all devices of the system.
7. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the Maintenance of Optimal Level of Liquid in the Air Tight Container & enable the Ultrasonic Mist Maker producing maximum output of MIST.
8. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the a separate unit is capable to place the regular available counting machine(s) of any size and enable sanitize currency while counting.
9. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in the a separate unit on which closed Boxes can be placed with non leak proof attachments for sanitizing the material kept inside the Boxes.
10. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 where in either inside or outside in Metal/Plastic/ABS Box of any size arranged with Air Tight Door which can be operated on any side..

A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 is used to sanitize Paper, Paper Currency, Plastic Currency cheques, credit & debit cards, Aadhar cards, Driving License, Safe Keys, Wallets, , Household items, paper bags, courier/postal covers, packets, Industrial Tools handled at Sales & Service Centers, Provision(Kirana) Shops, Residences etc hand held electronic devices like Mobiles, laptops, ipads, ear phones, wires, parcels, keys, industrial tools like screwdrivers, hammers, etc…nuts & bolts at workshops, home delivery parcels, food delivery packs, vegetable packs at malls & establishments, clothes, Case Files at Hospitals, Medicine (externally), and many other regular use items which are exchanged physically by human beings.
12. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 to be used inside FIG 2 as Multi Purpose Sanitizer Box.
13. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 to be used inside FIG 3 as Multi Purpose Sanitizer Box with Top Opening for Bulk sanitizing.
14. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 to be used inside FIG 4 as Multi Purpose Sanitizer Box with Front Opening for Medium & Bulk sanitizing.
15. A device to dispense the sanitizer as Mist in Cold Form as claimed in claim 1 to be used inside FIG 5 as Currency / Cheque Sanitizer Box for Currency Counting Machine of any model / any make or Cheque Processing unit of any model / any make can be placed on the Currency/Cheque Sanitizer Box. FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This Invention relates to A DEVICE DISPENSING SANITIZER AS MIST IN COLD FORM and the same is used for multipurpose like sanitizing paper, paper currency, plastic currency, cheques, credit & debit cards, Aadhar cards, Driving License, Safe Keys, Wallets, Cell Phones, laptops, hand held electronic devices, Household items, paper bags, courier/postal covers, packets, Industrial Tools handled at Sales & Service Centres, Provision Shops, Residences etc.
This DEVICE DISPENSING SANITIZER AS MIST IN COLD FORM can be utilized in Banks / Financial Institutions / Railways / Airways/ Corporate / Hospitals/ Courier / Post Offices / Gold Finance Companies / Shops & Establishments / Medical Shops / Food Delivery Chains / Malls / Cinema Houses / Work shops / Industrial Establishments / Sales & Service Centres / Kirana Stores / Beauty Parlors / Restaurants / Schools & Colleges / Stationery Shops / Packing & Handling systems / Bars / Hotels / Every lobby where general public assemble & exchange CURRENCY & MATERIALS.

Spread of Bacteria, Fungus & Virus are rampant. Source of spread exactly is unknown. There is immense need for sanitization of each and every item handled by humans, on day to day basis. Nature of bacteria, fungus or virus that is prevalent on the surface of paper or any other object could not be identified specifically. Extent of active life of such bacteria, fungus & virus on such surface varies.
Paper or currency that is under wide circulation could not be sanitized frequently. Sanitizing the paper currency & plastic currency in the present system has become a challenge. Paper cannot be washed and dried for reuse. Plastic currency loses its color and texture while sanitizing. Present UV system of sanitizing has its own limitations. Large quantities of Paper Currency, Plastic Currency sanitization under UV system could not be achieved. Further UV sanitization is time taking. Frequent sanitization under UV system has become impossible.
Further, sanitization of items of daily use which are exchanged regularly among humans being Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Cards, Electronic hand held equipments like Mobiles, laptops, i-pads, ear phones, wires, postal covers, parcels, keys, industrial tools like screwdrivers, hammers, etc…nuts & bolts at workshops, home delivery parcels, food delivery packs, vegetable packs at malls & establishments, clothes, Case Files at Hospitals, Medicine (externally), are not getting sanitized regularly. All such items are difficult to get sanitized through UV or with any liquid sanitizers frequently. Always there is likely hood of avoiding sanitization because of time taken.
Hence there is abundant need for alternate sanitization in present pandemic situation. Further, advent of new biological threats humans may be prone with, need for regular sanitization has become essential in future.
The invention is made in this context.

It is an objective of the present invention To mitigate the said difficulties and to sanitize Paper, Paper Currency, Plastic Currency cheques, credit & debit cards, Aadhar cards, Driving License, Safe Keys, Wallets, , Household items, paper bags, courier/postal covers, packets, Industrial Tools handled at Sales & Service Centre(s), Provision(Kirana) Shops, Residences etc hand held electronic devices like Mobiles, laptops, ipads, ear phones, wires, etc postal covers, parcels, keys, industrial tools like screwdrivers, hammers, etc…nuts & bolts at workshops, home delivery parcels, food delivery packs, vegetable packs at malls & establishments, clothes, Case Files at Hospitals, Medicine (externally), and many other regular use items which are exchanged physically by human beings.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This invention contains a container consists of one or more mist makers and one or more blower fans, fixed / flexible delivery hoses, nozzles to deliver mist in cold form, sanitizer storage containers, float switch or valves, connecting pipes, solenoids, mini DC pumps to circulate sanitizer liquid, controlled by electronic circuits, consists of sensors, switches, drivers, SMPS power supply, speed control circuits, led lights, led indicators, toggle switches, limit switches all properly arranged in a cabinet in a systematic way.

This Invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The single figure, in which, illustrates by way of example, and not by way of limitation, one of possible embodiments of the device proposed herein.

01) AIR TIGHT CONTAINER: - One or More container, Made of Ferrous & Non Ferrous metals, Plastic, PET, PP, Silicon, ABS, etc. Container can be in any shape like square, rectangular, conical, etc sealed or detachable.
02) ULTRASONIC MIST MAKER; - One or More Ultrasonic Mist Maker, Consists of ceramic disc(s), or piezo disc(s) with electronic circuits for generating ultrasonic frequency in MHZ, with or without liquid level sensor fully sealed inside the Steel or Plastic water proof body. Liquids like sanitizer when activated on ceramic disc or piezo disc at ultrasonic frequency in MHZ the liquid will get converted to micro droplets which we call as mist. ULTRASONIC MIST MAKER IS ATTACHED INSIDE AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
03) FAN OR BLOWER FAN:- One or More Fan(s) controlled by electronic circuits at adjustable speeds, will blow the air inside the container to enable the MIST generated in the container to come out through the nozzle at the end of the fixed or flexible hose(s) FAN OR BLOWER FAN(S) IS/ ARE ATTACHED ON / IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
04) FIXED OR FLEXIBLE HOSES & NOZZLES:- One or more Fixed or Flexible Hoses made of Ferrous or Non Ferrous, PVC, PP, Silicon, ABS, Hylam, etc in different inner dia’s and lengths to deliver the generated MIST through the NOZZLE(S) which are made of Ferrous or Non Ferrous, PVC, PP Silicon, ABS, Hylam etc. FIXED OR FLEXIBLE HOSES & NOZZLES IS ATTACHED ON AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
05) WIRE TO ULTRASONIC MIST MAKER:- Water Proof Wire(s) or cable(s) are connected to Ultrasonic Mist Maker(s) with Electrical or Electronic control unit of the device in the system outside the container.
06) LIQUID SANITISER, ALCOHOL, SPIRIT, , ISOPROPHYLE ALCOHOL PURE OR MIXED WITH HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND IF REQUIRED GLYCERINE OR WATER, DISTILLED WATER OR ANY OTHER DISINFECTANT.
07) STORAGE AREA FOR MIST INSIDE THE AIRTIGHT CONTAINER: MIST generated through Ultrasonic Mist Maker is stored in the specified area in the container.
08) ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER: Unit consists of Electrical / Electronic circuits in Printed Circuit Board to control, Ultrasonic Mist Maker(s), Blower Fan(s), Sensor(s), solenoids, mini DC pumps to circulate sanitizer liquid, drivers, speed control circuits, led lights, led indicators, toggle switches, limit switches. This Electrical/Electronic Controller gets the power through SMPS/TRANSFORMER/AC/DC Power Supply or Batteries.
09) FLOAT CONTROLLER(S) / VALVE(S): Helps to maintain liquid level in Air tight container. This float controller(s)/Valve(s) are attached at the optimal level in the air tight container & Ultrasonic Mist Maker to ensure to produce maximum amount of MIST.
10) DROPLET STOPPER & MIST OPTIMIZER: It is made of Ferrous or Non Ferrous, PVC, PP, Silicon, ABS, Hylam etc is placed in such a way where droplets are produced are obstructed. Stopper apart from controlling droplets, allows maximum generation of MIST in the container and discharge MIST through the nozzle without droplets.
11) STORAGE CONTAINER: Separate container to store Liquid Sanitizer, alcohol, spirit, isopropyl alcohol pure or mixed with Hydrogen Peroxide, Glycerin(with or without), Water, Distilled Water or any other disinfectant for continuous supply, to Air Tight Container.
12) SOLENIOD AND/OR PUMP: Solenoids and/or Pump connected in series controlled by Electric/Electronic Controller to regulate the supply of liquid between Storage Container and Air Tight Container.

BEST METHOD OF WORKING OF THE INVENTION:
Once power connection is activated, the Electric/Electronic Controller (EEC) takes control of the System. Depending upon the signal received from the sensors/switch, EEC allows to get the Sanitizer Liquid to the Air Tight Container up to the optimum level and once the Liquid reaches the optimum level, EEC will activate the Ultrasonic Mist Maker. Mist gets generated in the Air Tight Container. EEC regulates the Blower Fan at adjustable speed and blows air into the Air Tight Container. Due to pressure generated by the Blower in the Air Tight Container, the already generated mist starts escaping through the Hose Pipe meant for the purpose of dispensing.
