A Device For Illuminating A Storage Box

Abstract: Present disclosure discloses a device for illuminating a storage box which is enclosable by a lid member. The device includes a switch disposed on a base member of the storage box. Further, the device includes a push rod coupled to a locking member. The locking member is adapted to displace from a first position to a second position relative to the switch, 15 corresponding to movement of the lid member from a locked position to an unlocked position relative to the storage box. The push rod is adapted to actuate the switch corresponding to the second position of the locking member that corresponds to the unlocked position of the lid member, for illuminating the storage box. The configuration of the device aids in illuminating the storage box when the lid member is operated to the 20 unlocked position. Further, the device includes minimum number of components and thus makes the device compact
