Claims:WE CLAIM

1. A food and vegetable cutter comprising

a. a feeder to receive food/vegetable required to be cut, having a feeder receiving port and a feeder delivering port.
b. a motor rotatable container with a lid configured to receive the food/vegetable from the feeder through the feeder delivering port for cutting from its top side and to hold cut vegetable/vegetable after cutting therein within,
c. a stationery holder housed within the container,
d. a rotary cutter disposed near the top edge of the container,
e. a size selection adapter configured to slidably move upon requirement along the stationery holder, so as to traverse along holder axis to move towards or away from the feeder and cutter, and having a counter top flat surface portion facing the feeder,
f. a delivery port on the feeder through which is vegetable/food is dispensed out of the feeder towards the flat counter top surface portion of adapter which is mounted within the container, and
g. a selectable blade arrangement coupled removably to the rotary cutter wherein rotation of the cutter results in cutting of vegetable/food disposed from the feeder into the container and dispersing the cut vegetable food within the container.

the arrangement characterised in the said adapter which is moved to interface with the said cutter and in that the distance between the feeder delivery port and flat surface of the adapter is based on the desired height of the cut vegetable/food and also in that the selected blade arrangement is based on the desired shape of the cut vegetable/food.

2. The food and vegetable cutter as claimed in claim 1 comprises a screw conveyor with lock for sliding and locking the adapter along the holder at a desired height.

3. The food and vegetable cutter as claimed in claim 1 comprises a cutter configured to removably engage with a blade selected from a plurality of detachable blades of different shape and size.
, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION

This invention relates to an improved vegetable/food cutter and more particularly to a cutter which is essentially designed and adapted for use in cutting vegetable/fruits and cooked food.

OBJECT OF INVENTION

While cooking, cutting vegetables to a required shape is very difficult and time consuming.

For large families and working women it is not always easy to manage time and perfection in cooking. Currently the Vegetables are cut using knives. Each dish involving vegetables or meat requires a different shape and length of vegetables and meat.

The few food processors available in Indian Market comprise mainly slicing or dicing functions for a few vegetables. But the home needs an innovative machine that makes cooking simple, easy and less time consuming by providing features to cut vegetables to any required length and size.

We have designed a novel and unique concept to cut vegetables using our Mixer Grinders and Wet Grinders to any required size by using a special attachment in addition to the existing Food Processor.

This unique concept has a Special Feeder, an Adjustable Vegetable Support, and a Rotating Cutter to cut long vegetables to any required size.

In this innovation, the adjustable Vegetable Support attachment which is an adjustable size selecting adapter that can be moved up and down to any required length by longitudinally sliding the adapter. After affixing the adapter, the Customer feeds the vegetables using the Special Feeder attachment. Vegetables will be cut to the required size and may be collected with a Bowl.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

The invention consists of structure with novel features, the combination and arrangement of parts and components all of which combinedly provide a feature to the vegetable/food cutter that can cut either into small pieces or big pieces and same is very convenient to use.

It will be apparent from the foregoing disclosure that invention provides a simple and inexpensive vegetable/food cutter wherein different types of vegetable/food can be easily cut into pieces of desired sizes.

The cutter assembly is such that it is so constructed, designed and arranged in terms of components and parts that all may be easily cleaned, so as to maintain the same in clean condition.

The invention teaches a food/vegetable cutter system and same is disclosed herein. The vegetable/food cutter as per invention includes a container and a set of adaptable portions/parts which are configured to be releasably mounted to the container, i.e., within, along or on the container. The container having a top end configured to support feeder from which vegetable/food be cut is received. The container has a top edge configured to support a cutter which cuts the received vegetable/food. The container configured to support the size adaptor within the container which is movable towards and away from feeder.

The container is configured to retain the cut vegetable/food within after cutting even after the feeder and cutter are removed from the container.

The cutter is rotated alongwith the container, which container is operably coupled to a motor via gear box.

In one aspect the invention is for a food and vegetable cutter comprising of a feeder to receive food/vegetable required to be cut, having a feeder receiving port and a feeder delivering port, and a motor rotatable container with a lid configured to receive the food/vegetable from the feeder through the feeder delivering port for cutting from its top side and to hold cut vegetable/vegetable after cutting therein within. A stationery holder is housed within the container, and a rotary cutter is disposed near the top edge of the container. Further a size selection adapter is configured to slidably move upon requirement along the stationery holder, so as to traverse along holder axis to move towards or away from the feeder and cutter, and having a counter top flat surface portion facing the feeder. Also a delivery port is arranged on the feeder through which is vegetable/food is dispensed out of the feeder towards the flat counter top surface portion of adapter which is mounted within the container, and a selectable blade arrangement is coupled removably to the rotary cutter wherein rotation of the cutter results in cutting of vegetable/food disposed from the feeder into the container and dispersing the cut vegetable food within the container.

This arrangement as per invention is characterised in the said adapter which is moved to interface with the said cutter and in that the distance between the feeder delivery port and flat surface of the adapter is based on the desired height of the cut vegetable/food and also in that the selected blade arrangement is based on the desired shape of the cut vegetable/food.

In another aspect the food and vegetable cutter further comprises a screw conveyor with lock for sliding and locking the adapter along the holder at a desired height.

In another aspect the invention comprises of further a cutter configured to removably engage with a blade selected from a plurality of detachable blades of different shape and size.

The present invention relates in general to kitchen accessories and a system such as a vegetable/food cutter, wherein sometimes raw vegetables/fruits need to cut and sometimes prepared food need to cut or sliced. The task of preparing cut/sliced vegetables/fruits and so also prepared foods into desirable shapes is commonly desired and an essential activity in terms of consumptions and also in terms of aesthetic presentation of cut vegetables/prepared foods to be consumer.

While the specific disclosure, illustration and description the preferred form of the improved vegetable/food cutter, it will be apparent that various changes and alterations may be carried out without departing from the spirit of the invention or the scope of the claims of this application.
