A Fuel Filter Assembly.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a fuel filter (100) assembly. The fuel filter (100) assembly comprises a filter head (101) and at least a bowl. The filter head (101) comprises a fuel inlet path (102), a non-return 5 valve (103), a guide path (104), a piston (105) and at least two flange feature on its outer periphery amongst. A non-return valve (mushroom valve (103)) placed in the fuel inlet path (102), the fuel inlet path (102) leads to the guide path (104). The piston (105) adapted to reciprocate in the guide path (104). The 10 piston (105) comprises a primer knob (1051) mounted on top of the piston (105) rod, the primer knob (1051) fastened to the filter head (101) by means of threaded assembly. The filter bowl (107) is adapted to be fixed to the filter head (101) by means of the flange features (108) and a nut and bolt assembly. Figure 1.

Claims:1. A fuel filter (100) assembly, said fuel filter (100) comprising a filter
head (101) and at least a filter bowl (107), characterized in that filter
assembly:
the filter head 5 (101) comprising:
a non-return valve placed in a fuel inlet path (102), the fuel inlet
path (102) leading to a guide path (104) ;
a piston (105) adapted to reciprocate in the guide path (104),
the piston (105) comprising a piston (105) rod and a diaphragm
(106) fitted to the bottom of the piston (105) rod in the operative
configuration of the piston (105); and at least
two flange features (108) on its outer periphery ;
the filter bowl (107) adapted to be fixed to the filter head (101) by
means of the flange features (108) and a nut and bolt assembly.
2. The fuel filter (100) assembly as claimed in claim 1, where in the nonreturn
valve is a mushroom valve (103).
3. The fuel filter (100) assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide
path (104) is fluid communication with the filter bowl (107) in
operative configuration of the fuel filter (100).
4. The fuel filter (100) assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the piston
(105) comprises a primer knob (1051) mounted on top of the piston
25 (105) rod, the primer knob (1051) fastened to the filter head (101) by
means of threaded assembly. , Description:The present disclosure proposes a fuel filter (100) assembly. The fuel filter
(100) assembly comprises a filter head (101) and at least a bowl. The filter
head (101) comprises a fuel inlet path (102), a non-return 5 valve (103), a

means of threaded assembly. The filter bowl (107) is adapted to be fixed
to the filter head (101) by means of the flange features (108) and a nut and
bolt assembly.
