A Liquid Cornea Hydrogel Composition

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a Liquid Cornea composition comprising: at least one polymer; an antifibrinolytic agent; decellularized extracellular matrix; at least one extracellular matrix cross-linker; and calcium chloride (CaCl2). Also provided is a method for preparing the liquid cornea composition. The present disclosure also discloses a process for obtaining the decellularized extracellular matrix.
