DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] The following is a detailed description of embodiments of the disclosure depicted in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are in such details as to clearly communicate the disclosure. However, the amount of detail offered is not intended to limit the anticipated variations of embodiments; on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the present disclosures as defined by the appended claims.
[0023] Embodiments explained herein relate a liquid soap dispenser. More particularly, it pertains to a liquid soap dispenser that has a sulphate free surfactant-based cleanser and a roll-on applicator.
[0024] The liquid soap dispenser has a sulphate free surfactant based cleanser and a roll-on applicator. The liquid soap dispenser can enable one or more users to draw on a surface and wash them with a colorful and stain-free soap-filled applicator, providing an alternative to conventional hand washes.
[0025] Referring to FIGs. 1A to 1D, the proposed liquid soap dispenser (100) (also referred to as the dispenser 100 hereinafter) can include an applicator and a liquid soap. The applicator may further include a hollow tube (106) (also referred to as the tube (106) herein) of a predefined size. The hollow tube (106) may have a closed base (118) and a top open surface (116) configured in such a way that the hollow tube acts as a reservoir for storing the liquid soap (102). The top open surface (116) may be configured as an inlet to receive the liquid soap (102). In an embodiment, the top surface (116) may have a predefined diameter and may be configured with a first set of threads (110) to form an outer screw base.
[0026] The applicator further may include a first cap (108) (also referred to as the roll-on ball cap (108) herein). A roll-on ball (112), but not limited to it, may be fitted at a first mounting of the first cap (108). Additionally, a second mounting of the first cap (108) may be configured with a second set of threads (114), the second mounting having a second predefined diameter less than the predefined diameter of the top open surface such that the set of second threads of the second mounting securely fit inside the top surface (116) of the hollow tube (106).
[0027] Furthermore, the applicator may include a second cap (104) having a connector tube head (120) configured with a fourth set of threads. As shown in FIG. 1D, the fourth set of threads may be of a third predefined diameter that is smaller than the second predefined diameter in such a way that the fourth set of threads of the connector tube securely fit into the outer screw base of the hollow tube (106).
[0028] In an embodiment, the liquid soap (102) may be of a predefined density and having a colouring agent that may be sulphate free. In an exemplary embodiment, when the second cap is unscrewed, the hollow tube (106) may dispense the liquid soap (102) through the first cap (108), and the rotation of the roll-on ball (112) may form a set of patterns on a surface wherein the liquid soap is applied to. In an exemplary implementation, the roll ball may be useful for spreading the liquid soap evenly onto the hands without spillage. The second cap can form a tight seal with the outer base to protect the liquid soap of the hollow tube.
[0029] For example, the applicator can make colorful designs on hands of one or more users and then washing off the colorful designs that not only removes the colorful designs from the hands but also make the hands clean and safe. The applicator thus behaves as a long tube-like pen mounted with a roll on cap to apply the colored liquid soap onto the hands and is similar to writing or drawing with a pen. This makes the users enjoy the process of hand washing and mitigates serious health concerns that come from improper hand hygiene.
[0030] Thus, the proposed dispenser plugs in the gap of making hand washing a playful and fun activity for the users thereby improving their hand hygiene and protecting their health.
[0031] In an embodiment, the hollow tube (106) may be made of a predefined non-deformable, transparent and non-elastic material such as but not limited to plastic which is any or a combination of High-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or of a suitable make.
[0032] In an exemplary embodiment, the second cap (104) may be unscrewed to expose the first cap (108) to form the set of patterns on the surface as illustrated in FIG. 1B and FIG. 2. In an exemplary implementation, to fill in fresh liquid soap, the roll-on ball cap (108) needs to be unmounted from the tube (106). When it’s being used, the roll on cap needs to be mounted again to avoid discharge of the liquid soap.
[0033] In an embodiment, the liquid soap (102) may include a sulphate -free aqueous liquid having any or a combination of a surfactant component, a thickener component, a conditioning agent, a preservative agent, a perfuming agent, an active moisturizing agent, a solubilizing agent, and a coloring component. The liquid soap is child safe sulphate free version of mild colored liquid handwash soap. The composition has been stated in Table I.
