DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART:
Agricultural fertilizers are well-known in the art. Additionally, foliar growth promoting mixtures have also been known in the art. The closest agricultural products known to the Applicant includes U.S. Pat. Nos. 3,377,152; 43,639; 2,158,918; 4,043,788; 1,550,268; 3,940,257; 99,152; 2,992,093; 2,129,334; 3,630,710; 2,317,991; 3,674,649; 2,856,286; and, 4,126,439.
The closest reference in the opinion of Applicant is U.S. Pat. No. 4,043,788. However, in this reference, it is believed that the major proportion of fertilizer is formed of the fish hydrolysate as the key component. When a high amount of fish hydrolysate is used, there is a supply to the plant of more of the major nutrients, however, there is obviously less of an input of the trace elements which is found in the major proportion of the subject invention concept where liquid seaweed is being used. The additional liquid seaweed regulates and controls the enzymatic processes and aids during times of plant stress. By using the composition shown in U.S. Pat. No. 4,043,788, there would be a minimal amount of growth during a stress period and as is known, when one counts on the major nutrients, there is a high primary growth, but such is at a very low rate. The use of additional liquid seaweed is believed to act as a catalyst, thereby increasing the amount of Nitrogen, Potassium, and Phosphorus, which is absorbed by the plant through either the soil or the leaf and stem portion. The formulation is aimed for foliar application as a standalone product imparting various growth promoting benefits to crop and culminating to higher yields.

Publication No. US4383845 relates to foliar growth promoting mixture for increasing crop yield as well as protein content within plants. The foliar growth promoting mixture includes a liquid seaweed base composition which forms approximately 50.0% by weight of the foliar growth promoting mixture. To the liquid seaweed base composition is blended a fish emulsion mixture k^hich forms
approximately 25.0% by weight of the overall foliar growth promoting mixture. A liquid humus composition within the approximate weight percentage of between 5.0%-15.0% of the overall mixture is included and a water soluble nutrient from the group consisting of carbohydrates and enzymes within the approximate weight range of 10.0%-20.0% of the foliar growth promoting mixture is further added.
Publication No. 20130130902 relates to release of bioavailable silicon from silicate material insitu and thereafter maintaining them in bioavailable form using osmolytes and other ingredients of the formulations.
Publication No. US20160200634 relates to a bio-available mineral fertilizer composition including highly pulverized powdered mixture of silicate and other bio minerals fortified with seaweed extracts, other plant nutrients, humic and fuvlic acid fractions along with a consortium of beneficial microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, VAM and bio fertilizers). The formulation has multiple uses as fertilizers for soil and foliar sprays.
Reference may be made to the article entitled "Bioavailability of Silicon, A Technological Challenge" by Iontec talks about technology which makes it possible to stabilise silicon in a powder form so that it does not polymerise. By trapping the silicon in a collagen peptide matrix, bonds were created between the amines and the hydroxyl groups of amino acids and orthosilicic acid. Once it is ingested, this peptide matrix is broken down in the stomach into amino acids, liberating the silicon from which it was created. Iontec's technology is based on the use of find micronized powders of silicate minerals conjugated with naturals chelating agents and other nutrients ensuring optimal delivery of supplied nutrients following cellular metabolism.
Accordingly, there is an urgent need of a source of bioavailable silicon which is compatible with conventional nutrient mixtures for different life forms. Generally, nutrients are supplied in high quantities out of which only a fraction is utilized by living organism. The excess of supplied nutrients generally remains unutilized thus creates imbalance in ecosystems.
The present invention aims to provide a method for preparing silica collagen peptide powder for natural fertilizer. The invention provides a water soluble powdered formulation, a systemic adjuvant aimed to use along with conventionally used nutrient sources for different life forms.

An analysis was conducted where water soluble powder of bioavailable silicon @ 2 kg to 5kg per 1000 kg, was physically mixed with recommended dose of fertilizers prior to its application. The nutrient profiling was done at critical stages of crop to ascertain the nutritional status (Figure 1). The addition of bioavailable silicon to NPK fertilizer has improved the nutritional status of leaves for all major nutrients, with a promising impact on availability of phosphorous fertilizers. Study was further continued to confirm if the fortification of bioavailable silicon can lead to a reduction in dose of fertilizer without yield compromise. Sugarcane, known heavy feeder of fertilizers, was selected as the experimental system. It was cultivated with two leyels of recommended dose of fertilizers viz. 100% and 75% with and without fortification of bioavailable silicon (2 kg in 1000 kg).
<
The yields were compared at harvest. Thus fortification of bioavailable silicon can reduce the fertilizer dose upto 25% without any yield compromise (Figure 2).
EXAMPLE 6: Impact of bioavailable silicon powder on the health of chicken.
One day old chicken with average body weight of 40 g were taken for analysis. During! entire
duration of six weeks of study, they were fed with diet supplemented with 5% bioavailable
silicon. More than 7.0% increases in the calcium levels of serum were recorded (Figure 3 a).
Increased levels of calcium in serum are reflective of stronger bones. This was supported |by the
i biomechanical strength of femur, thigh bone (Figure 3b).
