3. PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed : -

FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention relates to conversion of word document to document formatting application within a computer system. More particularly if relates to a method as well as a system for converting word file to document formatting application.
PRIOR ART:
Document format is popular because almost all users will be able to open and print them easily. Also it is simple to create and post but it has certain disadvantages which makes the user to avoid document format for using those advantages are follows.
1) difficult to ensure consistency of formatting so can look unprofessional.
2) vulnerable to corruption by viruses.
3) may display strangely if there opened using a different character set to that with which their created.
4) appears vulnerable to appropriation as their easily downloaded and edited.
In a computer system new word document being processed by predefined document setting from the database.
Document setting for alignment merging, pagesize, fontsize, font, paragraph setting, line spacing, break-up spacing so that whenever a word document is stored in the server that can be formatted according to predetermined setting by the use of application interface thereby using document formatting algorithm, application service library, operating system, file service library and formatted file saved in

application folder thereby the word document is stored in a orderly manner in the formatted word file. The application of this formatted files from a new document through a application software makes the work easy and quicker.

Detail Description of the Invention:
The above, and the other objects, features & advantages of invention will become apparent from following description read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
According to present invention a computer system for converting a word file from Document to word format comprises a method for document formatting frem word document within a computer system, said method comprising. Storing document file to be converted in a computer readable storage medium with said computer system; storing one or more conversion parameters required for converting a word document in the said computer readable storage medium; requesting for conversion of said word document for document formatting to conversion software module; retrieving automatically said conversion parameters frem said computer readable storage medium by the conversion software module.

Performing conversion of the said word document into document formatting using conversion parameter.
Out putting the resulting document formatted frem said conversion software module to application folder.
One such computer system in its physical form is shown in figure 1.
Referring to Figure 1 there is shown a client-server system 10 which is suitable for implementing the invention. The client-server system 10 comprises a client computer 11which is connected to a server computer 12 via the Internet 14. The server 12 is optionally connected to a database 16 by way of a further connection 18. The arrows in Figure 1 indicate that data can be exchanged in both directions between the client computer 10 and the server 12, and between the server 12 and the database 16 i.e. computer readable storage medium. In order to enable a user 20 to navigate through the Internet to different servers and Web sites, the client computer 10 has an Internet or Web browser 22 provided. At the server side of the system 10, a servlet 24 running on the Web server 12 is provided, together with a workflow processor 25. In a preferred form of invention a system includes a computer server arrangement. Also conversion software module is stored in database.
Figure 2 shows flow chart of a method for conversion of word file from Document to word formatted document according to present invention. According to method of present invention first word Document file to be converted into word formatted documents is stored in a computer readable storage medium. Along with Document file conversion parameters required for converting for file from word Document to word formatted document are also stored in this computer readable medium. These conversion parameters are entered manually. Such computer readable medium includes, but are not limited to: magnetic media such as hard disks, floppy disks, and magnetic tape; optical media such as CD-ROMs and holographic devices; magneto-optical media such as floptical disks.

Then these all ie. Document file and conversion parameters are given to file conversion software module. This conversion module consists of program instructions which are executed by the processor. This conversion module receives the request for converting a word file from Document to word formatted document. Then it retrieves the conversion parameters from the computer readable medium.
After getting conversion parameters conversion module converts the word Document file into word format and output the same to the application folder.
One more embodiment is shown in figure 3. Figure shows flow chart of the embodiment of the invention. Figure shows the flow chart of the method which simultaneously converts plurality of word Document files in to formatted word files. In this the count number which is equal to total number of Document files along with Document files and conversion parameters are feed in to the computer readable storage medium. Then all Document files are converted into formatted word file one by one by and outputted to application folder by the conversion software module.

WE CLAIM:
1. A method for document formatting from word document within a computer
system, said method comprising.
Storing document file to be converted in a computer readable storage medium with said computer system; storing one or more conversion parameters required for converting a word document in the said computer readable storage medium; requesting for conversion of said word document for document formatting to conversion software module; retrieving automatically said conversion parameters from said computer readable storage medium by the conversion software module.
Performing conversion of the said word document into document formatting using conversion parameter.
Out putting the resulting document formatted frem said conversion software module to application folder.
2. A method of converting word document to document formatting application within a computer system as claimed in claim 1 wherein conversion parameters can be entered manually.
3. A method for converting word document to document formatting application within a computer system as claimed in claim 1 wherein if further compriser steps of initiating said conversion software module, thereby allowing said conversion software module to be educated automatically.

4. A method of converting word document to document formatting application within a computer system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the said conversion software module consist if a set of instructions. Capable of being performing the task of word document to document formatting conversion.
