A Micellar Composition

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a micellar composition comprising at least one phenolic derivative, at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof, and at least one # vitamin E derivative, wherein the at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof to the at least one vitamin E derivative has a weight ratio in a range of 0.3:1 to 3:1.The composition enhances the thermal stability and cellular bio-availability of the at least one phenolic derivative. The method of preparing the composition is also disclosed in the present disclosure. #

Specification

1. A micellar composition comprising:
a. at least one phenolic derivative;
b. at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof; and
c. at least one vitamin E derivative,
wherein the at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof to the at least one vitamin E derivative has a weight ratio in a range of 0.3:1 to 3:1.

The micellar composition comprising as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one phenolic derivative has a weight percentage in a range of 13-75% with respect to the composition, the at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof has a weight percentage in a range of 8-40% with respect to the composition, and the at least one vitamin E derivative has an individual weight percentage range of 9-55% with respect to the composition.
3. The micellar composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one phenolic derivative is selected from a group consisting of 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid, monohydroxybenzoic acid, dihydroxybenzoic acids, and combinations thereof.

The micellar composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof is selected from a group consisting of lysophosphatidylcholines, phosphatidc acid, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol phosphate, phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate, phosphatidylinositol trisphosphate, and combinations thereof.

The micellar composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one vitamin E derivative is selected from a group consisting of tocophersolan, folic acid-conjugated d-a-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate 2000 (TPGS2K), lysine-linked di-tocopherol polyethylene glycol 2000 succinate (PLV 2K), PEG5K-(vitamin E)2 (PEG5K-VE2), and combinations thereof.
6. The micellar composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises at least one solvent.

7. The micellar composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the at least one solvent is selected from a group consisting of ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate, and combinations thereof.
8. A process of preparing a micellar composition as claimed in claim 1, said process comprising:
a. obtaining at least one phenolic derivative;
b. obtaining at least one phospholipid, or derivative thereof;
c. obtaining at least one vitamin E derivative;
d. obtaining at least one solvent; and
e. contacting the at least one phenolic derivative, the at least one
phospholipid, or derivative thereof, the at least one vitamin E
derivative, and the at least one solvent, to obtain the micellar
composition.
9. The process as claimed in claim 8, wherein the process is carried out a
temperature in a range of 25-40รก-
10. The process as claimed in claim 8, wherein the process enhances the bio-
availability, and thermal stability of the at least one phenolic derivative.
