A Mobil Telephone Detector And Modulator

Abstract: This accident prevention gadget is battery-operated and consists of a (a)cell phone detector to check using cell phone on/off status followed by connection to a (b) mobile detector which passes on the signal to a (c)a sound speaker and an (d) engine governor, which cuts the engine"s fuel supply. All of this assembly collectively help in warning about the driver"s cell phone usage, so that those untoward accidents resulting from a driver"s inattentiveness during travel is prevented.

Specification

Field of the Invention
This invention is a battery-operated, accident prevention gadget. This gadget works by sensing the vehicle driver's cell phone usage. This gadget will help both the driver and the passenger for their safe journey. In India, no such device has been invented and been put to use anywhere for preventing the driver from Cell phone usage distractions.
Background of the Invention in relationship with the drawbacks of the already known prior art Currently in India, there is no provision for preventing those transport accidents, which arise because of the driver's cell-phone-usage status. This invention, if implemented would help in reducing, if not totally eradicating those cell phone-related accidents.
Objective of the Invention The aim of the invention is to prevent accidents. Particularly this invention helps the driver to stay alert especially by interfering with his/her mobile usage by monitoring his/her mobile-phone use status. This monitoring is achieved by a mobile detector installed in the dash board of the vehicle.
Summary of the Invention The MOBILE DETECTOR which is installed in the dash board of the vehicle, conveys the cell phone usage of the driver (who is using cell phone) to which is connected a mobile detector which in turn is connected to (a)a sound speaker, which makes beep sound -a warning signal of the usage of the cell phone, followed by a vibration mechanism which jolts the driver when he/she doesn't disengage the cell phone being used and then followed by an(b)engine governor, which cuts away the fuel supply to the engine and ultimately stops the vehicle. All the above assembly together function to prevent the driver from cell phone usage while driving and thus helps in preventing the road accidents.
Brief description of the Invention A drivers usage of cell phone (connected to mobile detector) is sensed using the mobile detector. The cell phone detector sends the cell-phone usage signal to two ports namely the sound speaker and the engine governor. The sound speaker makes a beep sound to warn the driver so that he/she disengages the cell phone. This is followed by the signal transduction through the engine governor, which jolts the driver when he/she is still using the cell phone. This is followed by an engine governor, which cuts away the fuel supple to the engine and ultimately stops the vehicle.
We Claim,
1)A gadget which consists of a mobile telephone signal detector which warns the driver about the person's cell-phone status, while driving and alerts the person so that the person doesn't become distracted and is able to concentrate on driving his/her vehicle.
2)An assembly as in claim 1 above which consists of an engine governing mechanism which stops the feed of fuel to the motor vehicle's engine and switches off the motor vehicle's engine and switches off the motor vehicle engine's functioning and brings it to a stop.
herein as described and illustrated in the figures of the accompanying drawings.
