A Modular Vehicle

Abstract: A brake actuation module for the modular vehicle is described. The module includes a first link pivotally disposed on a primary frame and operably coupled to a front brake unit. The module further includes a second link pivotally supported on the secondary frame and operable when the vehicle being operated in the multi-wheeled condition. One end of the second link being coupled to a rear brake unit associated with a pair of rear ground engaging members. Another end of the second link being configured to displace the first link. The second link being configured to move between an engaged position and a disengaged position based on actuation of a brake pedal. In the engaged position, the second link displaces the first link to apply brake on the front ground engaging member and concurrently actuate the rear brake unit to apply brake on the rear ground engaging member.
