Field of Invention:
The Present invention relates the technical field of food science, in particular to a fruit juice & or vegetable juices made by mixture of Blueberry pulp or Guava pulp or fruit pulp & vegetable juice along with proportionate mixture of mentioned any one or all vitamins along with Aloe Vera Juice and Stevia, without adding sugar & or artificial sweetener, prepared with water (TDS : 20-150) as a base compound to juice and a preparation method thereof.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Presently, the juices available in the market offer a wide variety of fruit-pulp or vegetable powder & corn powder choices but the main problem is they contain a substantial amount of sugar making them of no use to people suffering with type II diabetes and the weight-watchers. Also, due to sugar content, people often prefer having carbonated soft drinks due to cheaper prices and tastier offerings by the Carbonated products. In this, the nutrition factor disappears, hence the void can be filled with the juices which contain the mentioned vitamins with Stevia and no sugar or artificial sweetener of any type.
Taking Blueberries as fruit pulp, Blueberries are rich in anthocyanins, they have the effect of activating the retina, which can enhance vision and prevent eye fatigue. It is also one of the top five healthy fruits recommended by the World Food Organization. According to research by scientists in the United States, Japan, and Europe, regular consumption of blueberry products can also significantly enhance vision and eliminate eye fatigue. Medical clinical reports also show that anthocyanins in blueberries can promote rhodopsin regeneration in retinal cells, prevent myopia, and improve vision.
Guava has a thin skin and rich nutrients. It contains high levels of vitamins A, C, fiber and trace elements such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium. The fruit is also rich in protein and lipids. Guava pulp is rich in vitamin C, usually up to 333.8mg/100g, up to 1000mg/100g. The nutritional value of guava is the crown of various fruits, then citrus, mango, pineapple, avocado and papaya. Similarly, All the fruits have their unique properties, which help the people to lead a healthy life.
Aloe vera is a perennial, lily genus plant. There are more than 500 varieties known to be included in the Mediterranean, Middle East, Africa, America, China, Japan and other regions. In China, aloe vera is mainly grown in Guangdong, Hainan, Guangxi, Fujian, Yunnan and Sichuan, and is called Hua Aloe. Aloe vera has strong anti-infection and bactericidal ability, and can promote blood circulation and metabolism. The foods made with it have fitness, help digestion of the stomach, lose weight, and prevent cancer.
The processed products of Juice are favored by more and more consumers, and in the international fruit market, especially in the beverage market. It has an important position. In recent years, the demand for Fruit juice in the international market is growing rapidly, and the demand is increasing like never before. For juices, juices that have not been stabilized will be turbid and precipitate after storage for a period of time. In severe cases, stratification may occur, although this is a natural phenomenon of fruit juice without microbial contamination. The occurrence of the situation will reduce the consumer's desire to buy, making the product unsalable, but the addition of stabilizer will affect the taste of the juice, so in the actual processing, the clarity of the juice should be increased as much as possible to avoid the secondary precipitation of the juice. Juices are complex and diverse due to their composition and structure, especially the interaction among ingredients. This makes the stabilization and taste-correction very vital. The method here-in takes care of both of these factors.
Presently the prevalent RO systems generally reduce the TDS upto shockingly 10 PPM which in turn takes away even the necessary minerals and salts from the water which makes the consumers of the same even more deficient. And all the currently available juices in the market add sugar as the primary sweetener which renders the drinks useless for people with Type II Diabetes. Also for the people without Type II diabetes sugar is not harmless. The sugar content of presently available juices in the market ranges from anywhere around 12% to a whopping 50%.
Object of the Invention
People are often reluctant to take a pill every day, or have difficulty swallowing what is oftentimes a large pill. However, many people enjoy the sweet and refreshing taste of Blueberry and Guava juice as a way to start their day. Therefore, it would be advantageous to combine the benefits of an added multivitamin and minerals with the great taste of Blueberry and Guava juice so that people can enjoy the healthful benefits of both - the Blueberry and Guava juice and the multivitamin without the burden of remembering to take a vitamin every day or without the unpleasant experience of swallowing a pill which may have an unpleasant taste or smell.
Moreover, the present invented product being sugar free, it is harmless for the kids and the people who are suffering with Type II diabetes. Also the people who are weight-watchers can consume this product without any worry of putting on extra kilos. All in all, it’s the simplest way to cut extra calories and at the same time not missing out on essential vitamins required for longevity and good quality of life.
The composition including Blueberry, Guava and other fruit or vegetable juices and an added multi-vitamin and mineral component of the invention is formulated to provide the benefits of a multivitamin, but without the added step of taking a multivitamin pill. The multi-vitamin and mineral component added to the composition may contain one or more of the following: Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9, Magnesium, and Zinc.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a composition including Blueberry and Guava juice (and or any other fruit juice or vegetable juice) and an added multi-vitamin and mineral component is provided.
Statement of invention:
The Present Invention relates to the field of Blueberry, Guava and any other fruit or vegetable juice, particularly a composition containing Blueberry, Guava or any other fruit or vegetable pulp, with aloe vera juice with stevia (no sugar & with or without artificial sweetener) and an added multi-vitamin and mineral component.
A report of the Expert Group of Indian Council of Medical Research, National Institute of Nutrition, NUTRIENT REQUIREMENT FOR INDIANS, RECOMMENDED DIETARY ALLOWANCES & ESTIMATED AVERAGE REQUIREMENTS -2020, page 213 (HYPERLINK "http://www.nin.res.in/RDA_Full_report_2020.html" \hhttp://www.nin.res.in/RDA_Full_report_2020.html), suggests but many people fall short of this recommendation. A way to get the recommended servings for fruit is to start the day with Blueberry and Guava juice
In addition, consistent use of multi-vitamins and minerals can promote good health and help prevent disease. In general, a good daily multivitamin improves overall bodily functioning and boosts both physical and mental health and well-being. A multi-vitamin and mineral supplement usually contains the recommended daily dose of a variety of vitamins and other nutrients.
The main object of the invention to provide a composition comprising Blueberry, Guava juice supplemented with Aloe Vera juice with an addition of stevia (with or without artificial sweetener of any kind except sugar & asphartum), a multi-vitamin and mineral component, where the added multi-vitamin and mineral component may include at least one of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, and Zinc.

Detailed description of the invention
Before explaining the present invention in detail, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of the construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The invention is capable of other embodiments, as depicted in different figures as described above and of being practiced or carried out in a variety of ways. It is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
Good nutrition is critical for one's survival and maintaining a better quality of life. Although both Blueberry and Guava juice and multivitamins and minerals are known for being beneficial to your health, many people forgo one or the other or both. However, those who already enjoy Blueberry and Guava juice as part of their daily routine would also appreciate the known benefits of additional multi-vitamins and minerals as well. The benefits of the vitamins and minerals in a multivitamin are well known. An example of one such beneficial Vitamin and of which the deficiency is found in the majority of the population is Vitamin B12, which is related to neurological functioning nerve regeneration. Studies have proven that the deficiency of Vitamin B12 can be dangerous to such an extent that it can cause severe complications like loss of memory, heart palpitations, numbness in nerves, trouble in walking and the most life -threatening and ignored disease - Depression.
Furthermore, the Vitamin B3, also known as niacinamide, one of the ingredients of the product, is required by each and every part of the human body, and is particularly helpful in easing arthritis, boosting brain function and lowering bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol inturn helping maintain blood pressure in the body. It is also known to protect skin cells from sun damage.
Another key ingredient of the product Vitamin B4, also known as adenine, is a component of DNA, RNA, ATP, and the three coenzymes NAD(nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), NADH (a reduced form of NAD) and FAD (flavin adenine dinucleotide). Adenine functions synergistically and closely with vitamins B2 and B3 to generate energy. Vitamin B4 boosts energy levels, helps athletes overcome jet lag easily, delays fatigue and exhaustion time, decreases reaction time, and may improve endurance. Hence this product acts as a passive energy drink without adding caffeine, which is known to have its own share of several harms to the human body. Furthermore it improves mental alertness and clarity and enhances release of growth hormone.
Vitamin B5, the next ingredient of the product, also known as pantothenic acid, helps in converting the food taken by the human body into energy. It also helps in having healthy skin, hair and eyes and in proper functioning of the nervous system and keeps the digestive tract healthy. It also helps the body create RBCs which regulate the blood oxygen levels throughout the body. Additionally it helps in making sex hormones and stress hormones in the adrenal gland.
Vitamin B6, a key ingredient of the product, also known as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, helps in proper functioning of sugar, fat and proteins in the body. It's also necessary for the development of the nerves, skin and the brain.
Vitamin B7, the next ingredient of the product, also known as biotin, is an essential vitamin for healthy skin, hair and nails.
Vitamin B9, the next key ingredient, known as folic acid, is required for proper brain function, and plays an important role in mental and emotional health. It adds to the production of DNA and RNA. It is especially important when cells and tissues are growing rapidly such as in infancy, adolescence and pregnancy. It also helps iron work properly in the body.
The next ingredient, Vitamin C, is termed one of the safest nutrients by experts and also one of the most effective one. Though it may not be the cure for the common cold, the benefits of vitamin C may include protection against immune system deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, prenatal health problems, eye disease, and even skin wrinkling.

Vitamins and minerals are called Micro Nutrients which are required in smaller quantities, but if not consumed adequately, can have adverse effects on health. According to him, the most common nutritional deficiencies that the Indian adults grapple, are due to inadequate consumption of Vitamin D, Iron, Vitamin B12 and folate.
Vitamin D is required to maintain normal levels of calcium and phosphate (which are required for formation and maintenance of bones, muscle contraction, nerve signalling and cell functions). There is no national data but many studies have shown that prevalence of Vitamin D deficiency is anywhere between 55-90% in the country.
Vitamin B12 is necessary for the formation of Red cells, energy production during carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, and a healthy nervous system. Some studies have shown Defeciency as high as 70-100% in individuals. This is primarily because, many Indians are vegetarians and even those who consider themselves non-vegetarians do not consume meat everyday. There are no plant source of Vitamin B12. The animal source include liver, shellfish, Salmon, trout, Milk and Milk products.
As shown in Table 1 From the Fig.1 the above label it should be understood to those of ordinary skill in the art that there are other sources of such vitamins and minerals which would be suitable for use with the composition including Blueberry and Guava juice and an added multi-vitamin and mineral component.
Summary of the Invention
A composition comprising Blueberry and Guava juice supplemented with Aloe Vera juice with an addition of stevia (may or may not contain an artificial sweeteners except for sugar & asphartum), a multi-vitamin and mineral component, where the added multi-vitamin and mineral component may include at least one of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, and Zinc. providing upto 30% RDA of the vitamins
The following steps are followed for the preparation of the product :
? The freshly procured fruits and vegetables are put into the fruit washer.
? Therein the careful sorting and washing of the fruits is carried out and the selected fruits are forwarded to the 2 stage pulping machine.
? The pure pulp of the fruits is collected in a tank and then forwarded to the steam-pasteurizer, wherein the pulp is pasteurized and subsequently the pasteurized pulp is collected in a product tank of SS 316 grade Stainless Steel tank.
? The pulp is then forwarded to a can filler where it is packed in tin cans.
? Now, 750 Liters of RO treated water with TDS running from 50-100PPM is collected in an SS Batch Preparation tank.
? This tank has a rotating mixer fitted at the bottom to keep the mixture homogenized.
? From this tank 20 liters of water is taken into a high frequency sonicator.
? First the water insoluble vitamins, namely Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D3 are added.
? Then the sonication process is started and three cycles of 3 minutes each are carried out.
? This solubilizes the aforementioned Vitamins and this forms an intermediate product.
? Subsequently, the Aforementioned BlueBerry/Guava /Fruit/Vegetable pulp is added to the mixture as per the decided quantity
? Further, Aloe Vera Juice, procured from a third party, is added as per the decided quantity.
? Now the remaining ingredients namely Vitamin B3, Vitamin B4, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin C and Stevia are added as per the decided quantity.
? The entire mixture is again sonicated for three cycles of 3 minutes each.
? This sonicated and homogeneous mixture is then transferred to 730 liters of RO water prepared earlier.
? This mixture is then passed through a high pressure homogeniser.
? The homogeneous mixture is then passed through the steam-pasteurizer.
? The resultant product is our final product, which is filled in the final product tank.
? This is our product ready to be bottled, with shelf life of 9 months

However, it is to be expressly understood that such modifications and adaptations are within the scope of the present invention, as set forth in the following claims. 1. A method for preparing a sugar-free juice composition comprising freshly sorted and washed fruits and vegetables, pulping, pasteurization, and homogenization steps, resulting in a final product with a shelf life of 9-12 months;
wherein the juice composition is prepared by mixing blueberry pulp, guava pulp, or fruit pulp, vegetable juice, aloe vera juice, vitamin and stevia with water having a TDS ranging from 20 to 150;
Wherein adding one or more vitamins selected from the group consisting of Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9, Magnesium, and Zinc to the juice composition.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice composition is free from microbial contamination and exhibits enhanced clarity to prevent secondary precipitation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice(500ml) composition contains Vitamin B12 (0.75 mcg) , Vitamin B3 (4.5 mg), Vitamin B4, Vitamin B5 (1.5 mg), Vitamin B6 (0.45 mg) , Vitamin B7 (9 mcg) , Vitamin B9, Vitamin C (300 mg) , Vitamin D (5 mcg), Magnesium (40 mg), and Zinc (0.99 mg).
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice composition includes blueberry or guava pulp (15%) , aloe vera juice(15%), and stevia, providing a balanced and sugar-free beverage.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice composition undergoes high-frequency sonication and high-pressure homogenization, ensuring a homogeneous mixture.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice composition is free from artificial sweeteners like asphartum and added sugar, making it suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions, including those with diabetes or those following a sugar-free lifestyle.
7. A juice composition comprising blueberry pulp, guava pulp, or fruit pulp, vegetable juice, aloe vera juice, and stevia, prepared without the addition of sugar or any artificial sweetener, using water with a TDS ranging from 20 to 150, and further comprising one or more vitamins selected from the group consisting of Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9, Magnesium, and Zinc.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the juice composition is prepared using a hygienic process, ensuring microbial safety and enhanced clarity of the final product.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein a sugar-free juice composition prepared according , offering a refreshing and nutritious beverage option for consumers.
