DESC:The present invention relates to the industry of Merchant
Acquiring and Card Issuance and is provided in the mode of
the platform as a service for the sole purpose of permitting the
recipient to evaluate the information submitted. In
consideration of receipt of this document and or information,
the recipient agrees to maintain such information in confidence
and not to reproduce or otherwise disclose this information to
any person outside the group directly responsible for the
evaluation of its contents, except that there is no obligation to
maintain the confidentiality of any information from ISG, which
is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the recipient
or is received without obligation of confidentiality from the
third party owning no obligation of confidentiality to ISG. ,CLAIMS:We claim,
1. A Platform as a service for Merchant Acquiring and Card
Issuance, for the sole purpose of permitting the recipient to
evaluate the information, comprises of Global on boarding and
Global Compliance, MAPS 2.0, Access Point, Merchant
Settlement,
2. A platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Global on
boarding and Global, designed to globally on board entities
onto the ISG Platform and to reduce the tasks of filling in the
information such as whereas, Merchant Application Processing
System (MAPS) is designed to on board the Merchants of an
Entity,
3. A platform as claimed in claim 2, wherein the Global
Onboarding is used onboarded Entities (Issuers / Acquirers /
Fintech) across the globe on MAPS and CMS systems, such as
Member Registration, Product Selection, Under Product
Selection the entity is allowed to select the Products and the
Sub Category of products from the range of products offered
by ISG, and Bank Identification Number (BIN) auto mapped
to the entity being on-boarded as per the configured
compliance masters,

4. A platform as claimed in claims 1, wherein the Maps 2.0 ISG
functions closely with multiple banks across varied
geographies, the key components of MAPS 2.0 are Pricing
Template, Dashboard (MOB), Merchant Application Form
(MAF), Uploading Merchants on switching / VAS partner
platforms,
5. A platform as claimed in claim 4, wherein the MAPS 2.0 be
integrated with Switches, third party aggregators and / or
external systems, the integration be batch or API based, the
system having a support webhooks, data from which will be
consumed by the respective systems, Integration with other
Systems MAPS 2.0 be integrated with third-party systems for
various use cases like KYC validation, Risk Validation, Credit
Bureau, etc.
6. A platform as claimed in claim 5 wherein the Asset
Management team is equipped with a mobile app to complete
the asset installation process, CPV (Contact Point Verification)
Mobile App, CPV gets triggered with first MID is generated for
a merchant, the CPV staff equipped with a mobile app to
complete the CPV process, Merchant Web Portal and Mobile
App Customer Web Portal/Mobile App would facilitate the
merchant to monitor their account and interact with the
acquirer.

7. A platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Access Point is a
terminal agnostic solution which enables seamless integrations
with various POS devices, Payment Gateways and Acquiring
Switch(s),
8. A platform as claimed in claim 7, wherein the components are
Middleware as POS Switch, Terminal Agnostic Solution having
the ability to integrate with POS devices of different vendors,
integrate with various types of POS devices such as traditional
POS, Android POS, mPOS, Soft POS (Mobile POS), and with
acquiring Switches and Gateways such as Merchant Switch,
CyberSource and Bank Switch etc.
9. A platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Merchant
Settlement an approach which automates all the processes
involved in a Merchant Settlement Life Cycle, reducing manual
interventions and further making the product error-free,
transaction File Processing Commission Calculation, Schedule
of Charges (SOC), Merchant Invoice, Recovery Processing.
