Abstract: The Present invention, discloses a process for fabrication of flexible solid-state supercapacitor device on drawing paper by simple dip coating and spraying method. In the fabricated device, the anode, cathode, and separator are integrated on a single sheet of drawing paper. To ensure all solid-state configuration, the drawing paper was made electrolytic by immersing the paper into the PVA/H3PO4 solution for 15 min and drying at 800 C for 5 hr. To make the final device, the MWCNTs were coated on the both side of electrolytic paper by spraying the stable nano-ink. MWCNTs films onto the electrolytic paper behave as both electrodes and charge collectors without metallic current collectors, leading to a simplified and lightweight architecture. The fabricated solid electrolyte based paper supercapacitor has the specific capacitance of about 50 mF /g. The observed results indicate that the single sheet of paper can be used to fabricate the solid-state supercapacitors.
