Abstract: A PROTOCOL FOR GENERATING NEURAL PROGENITOR CELLS AND IMPLEMENTATIONS THEREOF A cell culture protocol for obtaining neural progenitor cells from induced pluripotent stem cells is described. Also described are a pharmaceutical composition and a medicament containing the neural progenitor stem cells for use in the treatment of neuro degenerative disorders such as Parkinson’s disease as described.
