Claims:1. A rolling chassis (100) for a vehicle, comprising:
a front module (110), a rear module (130) and an intermediate module (120),
a drive motor mountable in any one of said front module (110) and said rear module (130) to provide any one of a front wheel drive configuration and a rear wheel drive configuration, and
plurality of battery packs assembled in said intermediate module (120) for supplying power to said drive motor, characterized by
said front module (110) and said rear module (130) are interconvertible to each other.
2. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said both of said front module (110) and said rear module (130) comprises provisions for mounting a steering assembly (102).
3. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said front module (110) and said rear module (130) comprises provision for mounting a firewall (104).
4. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said front module (110) and said rear module (130) comprises provisions for mounting said drive motor, a mounting of said drive motor is interchangeable between said front module (110) and said rear module (130).
5. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said front module (110) and said rear module (130) comprises a provision for mounting a crash end module (112).
6. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said battery packs are any one of swappable and chargeable through On-Board Charger (OBC).
7. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said intermediate module (120) comprises modular structure to adjust as per a required wheel base.
8. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said front module (110) and said rear module (130) comprises provisions for mounting of at least two suspensions.
9. The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 8, wherein said at least two types of suspension are selected from an integrated strut assembly (118), an independent suspension assembly (116), a single wishbone suspension, a double wishbone suspension and the like.

The rolling chassis (100) as claimed in claim 1, comprises common provisions for pillar structures of a vehicle body frame, said pillar structures are maintained in same position irrespective of a change in positioning of said front module (110) and said rear module (130). , Description:The rolling chassis 100 comprises a front module 110, a rear module 130 and an intermediate module 120. A drive motor (not shown) mountable in any one of the front module 110 and the rear module 130 to provide any one of a front wheel drive configuration and a rear wheel drive configuration, and plurality of battery packs assembled in the intermediate module 120 for supplying power to the drive motor. The rolling chassis 100, characterized by the front module 110 and the rear module 130 are interconvertible to each other. The interconvertible feature is achieved based on common provisions in each of the front module 110 and the rear module 130. Further, keeping the same position of the front module 110 and the rear module 130, the size, length of the intermediate module 120 is increased or decreased based on the required wheel bases.
