A Seating Device For A Two Wheeled Vehicle

Abstract: Title: “A SEATING DEVICE FOR A TWO-WHEELED VEHICLE” 5 The present disclosure discloses a seating device (13) for a two-wheeled vehicle (100). The seating device (13) comprises a seat (6) including a seat substructure. The seating device (13) further includes a first linkage unit (19) coupling one end of the seat substructure with a body frame (1) of the two-wheeled vehicle (100). The seating device 10 (13) also includes a second linkage unit (20) coupling an other end opposite to the one end of the seat substructure with the body frame (1) of the vehicle (100). The seating device (13) enables splitting of a rider seat (6) and a pillion passenger seat (7) into separate entities and allows shifting of the rider seat (6) as much forward as possible towards headtube (11), to create legroom for pillion passenger. Further, the seating 15 device (13) overcomes drawbacks associated with conventional seating arrangements of two-wheeled vehicles. Figure 6 is representative figure
