A Simple Suction Nozzle For Ring Spinning Machines

Abstract: The present invention discloses a simple suction nozzle for ring spinning machines. The suction nozzle comprises a tubular pneumatic tube. The pneumatic tube is provided with several longitudinally extending suction chutes. One wall of the suction chute is a plane. When defining such a chute wall as the first chute wall, then the other chute wall shall be the second chute wall. The first chute wall and the second chute wall are connected through a cambered surface. The tangent radius of the cambered surface is about 6 mm. It is unnecessary to replace cutting tools when machining the suction chute in the present invention. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the total manufacturing costs and time required for machining the suction nozzle.
