DESC:Field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a storage box. More specifically, the present invention relates to a storage box made of a single sheet to store and carry articles.
Background of the invention
[0002] Generally, plastic trays with or without compartments are used to store medicinal vials or bottles because of their ease of transport and usage. Most often, the plastic trays cannot be reused since it carries medicinal bottles and the plastic trays will become waste after a single usage. Hence, paper boxes for storing bottles and vials are introduced. The paper boxes are user-friendly but making paper boxes is a tedious process and creating partitions inside the boxes to store vials are also difficult. To store the vials, the partition walls and storage compartment have to be arranged inside the box. Hence at least two to three slots of compartments are necessary to store the vials. To make the slots of compartments, at least two to three sheets of paper have to be arranged inside in such a way that each sheet has to be internally pasted to form the slots.
[0003] Existing technology to make the paper box is conventional/manual. Manual folding of sheets is time-consuming, extra labor is involved, not cost-effective, manual interference, finishing is not up to required expectations/standard, and not user friendly.
[0004] Therefore, there is a requirement for a storage box made of a single sheet to store and carry articles which overcomes few or all drawbacks of the existing paper boxes.
