A stabilized oil in water emulsionThe present invention relates to a stabilized oil in water emulsion capable of being used as coating/flooring composition comprising: 1) diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol in combination with ethoxylated nonyl-phenol and sodium lauryl sulphate, 2) at least one hardener consisting of water soluble/dispersible polyamide resin and a polyamine and at least one known filler material.
