Abstract: The invention generally relates to machine welding cable connector. The present invention is particularly relates welding machine welding cable connector for Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding torch and electrode holder cable for Shielded Manual Arc Welding (SMAW) process. During welding due to the heat generation existing outer cover (04) is melted and due to the tight fitting of cover to cable connector main body hammering action is required. Hence due to the hammer action male connector is partially damaged and due to welding cable movement due to the single ball point connection cable connection is becoming loose and cause more heating. Hence above all problem is eliminated in the design new welding cable connector. Welding cable is fitted with machine cable connector with help of connecting nut (07), conical pin (08) and main body (09). Outer cover (05) is attached with connector main body (09) with the help of hylum rod (06). Fig. 11

, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The Present invention generally relates to welding torch machine welding cable connector to a welding machine. The present invention in particular relates to welding torch current carrying cable connector to welding machine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] High pressure, high temperature steam generation used for thermal power generation normally consisting super heaters, re heaters, evaporators and economizers etc. Normally all the said equipment are made up of tubes and pipes and it is common practice to join the end of the metal pipes/tubes first by root Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding and subsequently Shielded Manual Arc Welding (SMAW) process is carried .Hence, for connecting TIG Torch for GTAW welding process and welding electrode holder for SMAW welding process to the welding machine specific cable connector is required. Hence, there is need to develop simple cable connector to easy during replacing the cable, tightening the cable and durable in life for industrial working condition.
[003] Referring the assembly drawing figure 5 (Figure 1 to 4 reference given for part drawing). welding cable COVERING and separator material are first removed. Then around Copper Conductor connecting part (03) is put, then above two are keep in the machine cable connector main body (01) and then fitted by tighten nut (02). Further outer cover (04) is attached.
[004] During welding due to the heat generation existing outer cover (04) is melted and outer cover (04) replacement is not possible, hence machine cable connector is replaced by new one. Second problem, during fitting of outer cover with other balance part is machine cable connector main body (01) is partially damaged due to hammer action, hence then smooth filing is required. Therefore, machine cable connector is heated more due to the contact space in between machine welding cable male connector body (01) and welding machine connecting portion. Hence after sometimes machine welding cable connector should be replaced by new one. Existing machine welding cable connector shall single ball type connection, due to the ,if welding cable is shifting here and there, then losses connection should happen in among machine cable connector main body (01) ,welding cable ,connecting part (03) and tighten nut (02).Hence more heat is generated and finally outer cover is melted and new machine welding cable connector is required.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[005] The object of the invention therefore is to develop a novel welding cable connecting device for welding machine. Another object of the invention is to design a welding cable connector to connect TIG Torches power cable for Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding process and electrode holder cable for Shielded Manual Arc Welding (SMAW).
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[006] The invention generally relates to machine welding cable connector.

[0024] Referring to Fig. 11, a welding cable connector (10) according to the present invention is disclosed. The welding cable connector (10), according to the present invention, comprises of a welding cable (not shown) which is inserted in tighten nut (08)such a way that a conical shape pin (07) is in (conical shape is essentially required for better gripping and tight fitting) centre of the cable and at the same time a tightening nut (08) is tightened fully. An insulation cover (05) is inserted in main connector body (09) such a way to cover the conical shape pin (07) and tighten nut (08) and the insulation cover (05) is pushed up to main connector body (09). A hylum rod (06) is used to interconnect the main connector body (09) and insulator cover (05). The main connector body (09) is modified according to the developed insulator cover (05), conical shape pin (07) and tighten nut (08).
[0025] Referring to Fig. 6, the Welding cable connector insulation cover (05) is disclosed. The insulation cover (05) is an outer cover which is preferably made up of hylum or any other equivalent insulation material. The insulation cover (05) is connected with welding cable connector body (09) with the help of hylum rod (06) by means of inserting the hylum rod (06) in the holes provided both in the welding cable connector body (09) and insulation cover (05).
[0026] Referring to Fig. 7, the hylum rod (06) is disclosed. The hylum rod (06) is provided to properly tighten the grip in between welding machine cable connector insulation cover (05) and machine welding cable connector body (09).
[0027] Referring to Fig. 8, the conical shape pin (07) is disclosed. With the help of the conical shape pin (07), the welding cable is tightened with the help with tighten nut (08). The conical shape pin (07) is exactly located in between the cable connector body (09) and the tighten nut (08).
[0028] Referring to Figure 9, the connecting nut (08) is disclosed. Through the connecting nut (08), the welding cable is tightened with conical shape pin (07). The nut (08) is connected with machine welding cable connector body via thread. The connecting nut (08) comprises of external thread and has more integral diameter hole in compare to existing internal machine welding cable connector and is positioned completely inside the cover (05) in the assembly condition. Welding cable with insulating cover is come inside the cover (05), Hence safety is enhanced considering industrial condition.
[0029] Referring to Fig. 10, the welding machine connector main body (09) is disclosed. The shape of the welding machine connector main body (09) is very simple as compared to existing welding machine connector main body (01). The insulation cover (05) is attached with connector main body (09) with the help of hylum rod (06). Welding cable is fitted with machine welding cable connector body (09) with the help of tightening nut (8) and conical shape pin (07).
[0030] It will be appreciated that those skilled in the art will be able to devise various arrangements that, although not explicitly described or shown herein, embody the principles of the invention and are included within its scope.
