THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION DESCRIBES THE INVENTION

Background of the invention:
Internet networks continue to increase in popularity and the integration of internet networks with portable devices like mobiles, tablet pcs, etc are also gaining popularity. This has given rise to a need for content development systems to be developed for mobiles.
However the available content management systems for mobiles have limited features which do not provide content management along with documentary capabilities or record management. However existing systems link these features as third party features often resulting in high levels of complexity.
Further the available systems do not allow the user to customize their data.
Moreover the existing system are developed on different platforms and hence show a large diversity which results in lack of interoperability and compatibility.
Hence there is a need for a content development system for mobiles to monetize the content globally over a single platform.

Detailed description of the invention:
The embodiments herein provide a method and system for a content development and management system.
The method of the invention may also be implemented as application performed by a stand alone or embedded system.
The invention described herein is explained using specific
exemplary details for better understanding. However, the
invention disclosed can be worked on by a person skilled in the
art without the use of these specific details.
References in the specification to " one embodiment" or " an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, characteristic, or function described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one embodiment of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment.
The words "comprises/comprising", "generates/providing", "performing" and the words "having/including" when used herein with reference to the present invention are used to specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps or components but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components or groups thereof.
The present invention provides a content management and development system wherein the system may allow a user to

register and utilize the system to develop a customized system on different channels and/or devices based on a common platform.
In one embodiment of the present invention the system may comprise of: a admin module; a design module; a content creation module; a tool selection module; a management module; a communication module; a assessment module; a accessibility module; a channel selection module; a device compatibility module; a communication media management module; a operator integration and authentication module; a location-base module.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the admin module of the system may allow the user to access, control and define the parameters of the system. The admin module may comprise of functions module like: login authentication; project definition; deadline management; role' management module; access and profile management; and delivery management module.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the design module of the system may allow the user to design the role and hierarchy of functions. The design module may comprise of sub-modules which may implement functional features such as content template definition; content duration definition; content structure definition; content input definition; test attributes definition; labels for archiving; alternate delivery selection; work assignment content; marker and specific deadlines and alike.

In one another embodiment of the present invention the content creation module of the system may allow the user to create and edit content in the system. The content may be in form of text, pictures, audio, video, etc which may be created using sub-modules like text and drawing tools; audio, video, multimedia tools; content test create and edit tools; quality check and preview display module.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the tool management and access module of the system may be used along with the content creation module to create and incorporate editing and multimedia tools.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the management module of the system may allow the user to manage and control the system developed. The management module may comprise sub-modules like: content configuration; user management; content management; content restructuring; evaluator and assessment module.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the accessibility module of the system may function in sync with the admin module and management module to establish the access level of users and control the same.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the communication module of the system may be the user interface of the developed system establish which may be capable of

transmitting and receiving data which may result to secured data communication.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the communication and media management module of the system which may establish a communication network with a plurality of users through different communication medias. The channel of communication may be selected by the channel selection module.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the device communication module may enable the system to be compatible with a plurality of devices working on different platforms.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the operator integration and authentication module of the system may establish and manage integration of the system with a network service provider.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the system may further comprise of a location-base module to facilitate location based mapping, data integration and/or other functional services.
In one another embodiment of the present invention the system further may comprise of a polling and survey module.

One skilled in the art will appreciate that the system may essentially comprise of the above mentioned modules taut is not limited to the above modules.
By way of example the system may be implemented to develop a education management system wherein a course may be structured, scheduled, generated, managed published and assessed on a user device connected to the respective communication network. One skilled in the art will appreciate that the system may be implemented in a plurality of application in the fields of law, medicine, engineering, management, etc.
The System developed system may provide a highly interactive , engaging multi media content on user devices, which may be easily accessible and provide detailed assessment reports of the content user. Further the content developed and delivered may be customized as per user requirement. Further it provides a single platform for content owners to monetize their published Content globally. Cost benefit of the present invention implies in the form of reduced cost of publication.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the developed systems may be accessed by a plurality of users which may or may not be registered to the developed system.
