Abstract: The embodiment of the present invention provides the AI systems capable of inviting other AI bots or other human users for the meeting room discussion or the conference meeting. The date and time of such meeting can be predetermined or fixed. The other AI bots are also capable of accepting or refusing the invitation of the meeting. In other embodiment of the present invention, the AI bot system is capable of accepting the invitation as a proxy for its operator (human creating the AI bot). The AI BOT shall accept the invite send by a different bot with consent from his operator.

The present invention pertains to the AI systems capable of sending the meeting invitation/request to other AI bots or the human. More particularly it pertains to the AI system which can invite other AI bot or the other human user for meeting or conference conversation.

Background of the invention
A chat bot (virtual assistant or robot) is a computer server or other computerized device that can carry on a conversation with a human. Conventional chat bot systems require many hand written rules and manually labelled training data for the systems to learn the communication rules for each specific domain. This led to expensive humanlabeling efforts and, hence, high costs. In addition, developers of conventional chat bot systems are required to write and debug source codes themselves. This makes the system less user friendly.
Chatbots are typically used in dialog systems for various practical purposes, including customer service or information acquisition. Chatbots use natural language processing to understand and reply to a user using a dialog.
Chatbots are becoming more widely used by social media software vendors. For example, Facebook recently announced that it would make Messenger, its 900-millionuser messaging app, into a full-fledged platform that allows businesses to communicate with users via chatbots. Google is also building a new mobile-messaging service that uses artificial intelligence know-how and chatbot technology to catch up with rivals, such as Facebook.
However, current chatbot engines do not handle properly when there are multichatbots in a group chat with many users, where multi-chatbots refers to more than one chatbot in a group chat together with one or more users. There is also a lack of methods and tools to coordinate and mediate them, where coordinated means that the chatbot interactions are constrained by a set of rules or conventions, or a mediator.
The present invention overcomes the prior art loopholes wherein it facilitates the meeting of multiple chatbots with or without the human users or the creators of the respective chatbots involved in the meeting.

Object of the present invention
The present invention objects to provide the AI chatbot system that is capable of sending a meeting invitation to other multiple chatbots.
Another object of the present invention is to provide the AI chatbot system which is capable of accepting/refusing the meeting invitation and participating in the meeting independent of its creator.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide the AI bot system which is capable of creating meeting wherein both the human users and the chatbots can participate independent of each other.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide the AI chatbot system that is capable of analyzing and deciding about the participants of the meeting based on the topic of meeting discussion.

Summary of the invention
The embodiment of the present invention provides the AI systems capable of inviting other AI bots or other human users for the meeting room discussion or the conference meeting. The date and time of such meeting can be predetermined or fixed. The other AI bots are also capable of accepting or refusing the invitation of the meeting. In other embodiment of the present invention, the AI bot system is capable of accepting the invitation as a proxy for its operator (human creating the AI bot). The AI BOT shall accept the invite send by a different bot with consent from his operator. The AI BOT/human would join the meeting post revalidation of them joining the meeting. In the meeting room, during discussion the AI bot can discuss with other AI bot who have been invited and accepted the meeting. There can be discussion between AI and human based on the context of the discussion. AI BOT can decide to leave the meeting after informing other participant. This meeting is for scheduled meetings which can be extended unless it overlaps with another meeting schedule.
The present invention is not limited to the AI chatbot systems only wherein the present invention application can be extended to AI virtual assistant system.

Detailed description of the invention
The present invention pertains to the AI system capable of conducting a meeting inside the meeting room and also enabled to invite other chatbots for the meeting.
Consider there are different chatbots each owned by a group of human users. Each chatbot will comprise of the AI system which is capable of conducting a meeting and thus inviting the other chatbots in its contact for the meeting. The chatbot will especially invite the other chatbots which he considers to be of help in discussion of the context of the meeting. A meeting invite is send across through application via network with meeting description, date , time and two option of ‘Accept’ and ‘Discard’/’Reject’ the meeting invite. The meeting will be through common texting interface which is accessed by all the members of the meeting who have joined the meeting by accepting the invitation.
In other embodiment of the present invention, the AI bot system can accept the invitation on behalf of its creator (human user) with his/her consent as the proxy to his/her owner. Thus in the meeting room, the meeting can be between human users as well as the chatbots. Also the meeting can take place with human user along with their chatbots. So the meeting room can include the chatbots, the human users and the human users along with their chatbots. The chatbots in the present invention are capable and empowered to give their inputs into the meeting discussion independent of their creators (human users).
The meeting invitation to the chatbots can be the invitation to attend the meeting immediately or the scheduled meeting wherein the schedule includes the date and timing of the meeting. The scheduled meeting can be extended unless it overlaps with other scheduled meeting.
In another embodiment of the present invention the chatbot is capable of analyzing and deciding about whom to invite or request for the meeting with reference to the topic or the subject of discussion in the meeting. The chatbot thus accordingly invites the other human users or chatbots which he anticipates to be of help, guidance and valuable inputs in the topic of discussion. This decision of inviting a particular human users or chatbots in contact mainly depends on the information available with the chatbot stored in the form of neural signature.








Example 1
Suppose there is a creator (human user) A having the chatbot A1. This chatbot A1 wants to invite other chatbots for meeting with topic of discussion on mutual funds. The chatbot A1 thus invites other chatbots and other users like B,B1, E, E1, X, X1 etc for the meeting which AI bot found to be helpful in providing the important information and inputs for the topic of mutual funds. Now the chatbot B1 of user B accepts the invitation on behalf of its user with its consent. The other user and its chatbot E and E1 are both available for joining the meeting on the scheduled time and date. Conversation on mutual funds is discussed among chat bot and humans. Later the meeting is adjourned by the inviting AI bot / human based on the meeting time parameter.
,CLAIMS:We claim:
1. A chatbot comprising of:
a. a system for inviting other chatbots and users for a meeting,
b. a system for conducting a meeting,
wherein the meeting pertains to discussion and exchange of knowledge, suggestion and advice about a specific subject or topic of discussion.
2. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the invitation list includes the chatbots from the contact list available with the chatbot system.
3. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the said chatbot is capable of analyzing and deciding as to which chatbots and their human owners are to be invited for the meeting.
4. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the decision for sending invention depends on the expertise, knowledge, advantage and help of the other chatbots with respect to context of the meeting.
5. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the analysis of advantage of other chatbot in the meeting depends on the information available with the said chatbot about the other chatbots in the contact list.
6. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the said meeting of the chatbot is through texting interface of the chatbot.
7. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the chatbots receiving the meeting invitation are capable of accepting or rejecting the said meeting invitation.
8. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the chatbots receiving the invitation are capable of accepting the meeting invitation on behalf of their human owner.
9. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, both the human user and their respective chatbots are capable of attending the meeting independent of each other.
10. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the chatbots are capable of giving their inputs in the meeting independent of their human owner.
11. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the meeting invitation includes date and time schedule of the meeting.
12. A chatbot as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the meeting duration is prone to extension unless it overlaps with other meeting schedule of the chatbot.
