An Additive Based Enamel Coating Process For Improved Corrosive Resistant In Metal Plates

Abstract: Disclosed herein an enamel coating process for improved corrosion resistance in metal plates. The process comprising the steps of pre-treatment of metal plates (S101); preparation of enamel slurry (S102); optimization of plurality of additives (S103) and mixing into enamel slurry (S104); coating of enamel on the metal plates (S105); and post-treatment of enamel coated metal plates (S106). The present enamel process results into improved corrosion resistance of metal plates and objects as multitude of additives are used to produce a thin coating of enamel on the metallic surface.
