Abstract: The present subject matter discloses an improved testing apparatus and a method of measuring the viscosity of a sample resinous solution at a controlled desired temperature. The viscosity test facility, with the present apparatus and digitally monitored ‘Temperature control Bath’ to test viscosity of resinous matter at specific temperatures, has improved to a large extent by eliminating the human error and spillage issue that occurred during the manual operation of Ford cup orifice. It also renders the testing free of operator dexterity to a large extent and reduces testing time cycle
