Abstract: Disclosed herein defines an assembly (100) for welding tubes in STB welding machine through TIG welding process comprising a T-shaped clamp (108) having a horizontal section (108-H) with a hemispherical slot (108-S) in a middle and a vertical section (108-V), wherein the top end (108-L) of said vertical section (108-H) is attached with the wall of the STB welding machine through a vertical fiber plate (108-F) tightened by a set of allen screws (108-SE);a cubical-shaped structure (115), wherein a right side (115-R) of said cubical shaped structure being attached with the slot (108-S) formed on the horizontal section (108-H) of the L-shaped clamp (108) through a pair of nut (108-N) and bolt (108-B); a fiber plate (103) attached to the front side of the cubical shaped structure (115) through a nut (110); an L-shaped clamp (114) having a vertical section (114-V), wherein the upper end (114-U) of the vertical section (114-V) welded to a lower end (103-L) of said fiber plate (103);a clamp 102 attached with a horizontal section (114-H) of said L-shaped clamp through a nut 113 fitted in the slot (114-S) formed in the middle of the horizontal section incorporating a filler wire guider (101); and a continuous circular hole (115-H) formed at a center of said cubical shaped structure (115) for incorporating a tungsten torch (104).
