Abstract: Abstract Title: An Embedded Apparatus for Agriculture Development This embodiment is related to the system and method of ICT (Information Communication Technology) solution for the development of Agriculture. It is the system for communication between agriculture experts, farmer or farmer coordinator. It includes embedded communication video broadcasting device in field (Farmer hand), Transmitter like DVB-H/FM/DVB-SH etc., and the logical systematic procedure to manage the farmer communication and the research analysis about the data collected from the farmer in main station which is located in remote. The farmer is having embedded broadcasting/communication device in the field and the agriculture experts are having Transmitting and Receiving system in the main base station.

Background of the invention
Field of the Invention
It is the ICT (Information Communication Technology) based solution to inter-relate the agriculture specialists with the farmers. It is the system and method, which provides the solution to communication of the farmer with agriculture specialists who are in the main stations located remotely thorough video broadcasting/communication device.
Description of the Related Art
Nowadays technology and new innovations are developed in agriculture field. But that innovations and development do not reach the farmers quickly. There is very big communication gap between farmers and agriculture experts. In most of the countries the scientific development stopped within lab itself. In India 20-30% people are using traditional agriculture. 10-20% only follows agriculture expert's new modem cultivation techniques.
There is no system and method in the market for receiving and advising about agricultural information and queries separately. The Patent entitled 'System and Method for Low cost Mobile TV ' [US 2009/0083804A1] explains the method of low cost mobile in-motion antenna system for satellite TV reception using DVB with different either CDMA or GSM. Here this patent explains only about the system it is used for receiving satellite signals in-motion using some antenna. There is no explanation about the method of getting and transmitting agriculture information and communication between the user (farmer) and sender.
The patent entitled 'System, Method, Mobile Terminal and Computer program product for Providing Push-to-Talk Chat in Interactive Mobile TV [US 2007/0238447 Al] explains the method of providing the interactive broadcast network services for sending and receiving information throughout Mobile TV. This patent explains about the method of connecting user to the terminal by broadcast network services. There is no invention about the method of connecting agriculture farmers to the agriculture scientists.

Summary of the Invention
The embodiment of the system is having two functional approaches. One is from farmer side and other one is from agricultural main center side, which is located remotely. The farmer is using a hand held device and the base station which has the broadcasting system and receiver. The Main center also has the systematic logical procedure to help the experts to solve and make his/her decisions quickly. This is a system and method of collecting information directly and the agriculture experts can process the collected information.
The farmer can take the photos of crops and fields using the high resolution camera placed in the embedded device and send that with text to the system receiver placed in the main Station through GSM/GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G/FM or other related wireless communication services. The main station has the automatic systematic logical procedure for receiving and arranging the farmer requests. Whatever the information is received by the system gets stored in the system receiver itself .The system receiver has sufficient storage (Hard Disk) to store and retrieve the data.
Then the systematic logical application searches internally who is best expert for that query handling based on the previous data of experts. The query will send to the respective expert's account by this systematic logical procedure. Each expert is having 'Experts query handling module' on his/her system.
The experts can reply back to the respective queries sent by the main station system receiver. The experts can also permit to send their own agricultural information to the data manager for publishing. The transmission happens from main station to farmer's hand held device through network operator (DVB-H) /Satellite (DVB-SH) /FM /GPRS /3G /4G or other mode of acceptable services. In this mode of transmission between farmer and the experts is a one-way communication. If GPRS used for transmission from main station to embedded device, the farmer can directly speak with the expert regarding their queries through video call option. So if GPRS used for this Video Broadcasting, then it will be a two-way communication. So the farmer no needs to use GSM for sending photographs and texts to the main Station.

The farmer can use GPRS itself to speak directly and sending digital photographs and text queries. Depends on the cost of product, the farmer's hand held device has more features and the quality of the features also will be good with good resolution camera, voice and speaker of the phones. The Figure-1 explains the complete illustrated view of the invention method with the representation of Agriculture experts 101, Receiver 102, Transmitter 103, Satellite 104, Embedded Video Broadcasting Device 105 and Farmer 106.
Using this embodiment the agriculture experts and farmers can communicate together through ICT. The farmer 106 can send their photographs and quires to the main station experts 101 through GSM/GPRS or other acceptable network services. System receiver 102 in the main station receives the quires and photos. The main station has the automatic systematic logical procedure for receiving and arranging the farmer requests. Whatever the information is received by the system gets stored in the system receiver itself. Then the systematic logical procedure searches internally who is best expert for that query handling based on the previous data of experts.

The query will send to the respective expert's account by this systematic logical procedure. Then the expert answer can send by the Broadcasting operator through Transmitter 103 using DVB-H/FM/GPRS/3G/4G or any other mode of acceptance. The satellite transmission (DVB-SH) 104 aliso used for this to send the expert answers to the farmer's embedded communication device 105.
The Figure-2 represents the model of farmer embedded communication device. The embedded device like cell phone and farmer can use this device as a mobile phone. Additionally this mobile device has a feature of seeing visuals through operator. This device 201 has a Monitor 202, Keyboard switches 203 and a separate switch for Channel Selection 204 and Agriculture Channel 205 and high resolution camera 208 .
The Device can receive the Channel signal from broadcasting operator 206 through DVB-H/DVB-SH/GPRS/FM etc. The Embedded broadcasting device user (farmer) can send the data and photos using the high resolution camera 208 to the system receiver 207 of main station for expert answering through GSM/GPRS etc.,
