, Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a barrel LA terminal. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a dual barrel LA terminal. -
BACKGROUND
[0002] Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] In earlier design, in electrical system of vehicles had a total of 2 LA terminals were using for application. Also, higher number of control status (C/S) wire are used. Due to terminal restriction, additional voltage drop occurs. Two different terminals on a single bolt required more process time, and different part numbers for two different cable for the wires.
[0004] Therefore, there is a requirement of a terminal in the start charging system of vehicles that can overcome aforementioned problems and challenges in the art.

Where a definition or use of a term in an incorporated reference is inconsistent or contrary to the definition of that term provided herein, the definition of that term provided herein applies and the definition of that term in the reference does not apply.
OBJECTS OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE
[0006] Some of the objects of the present disclosure aimed to ameliorate one or more problems of the prior art or to at least provide a useful alternative are listed herein below.
[0007] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a terminal that has improved reliability, reduced process time and increased harness efficiency.
[0008] An object of the present disclosure is to provide for a terminal that enables reduction in terminal weight, due to reduction of coper wire cross section.
[0009] An object of the present disclosure is to provide for an efficient terminal without impacting system requirement.
[0010] An object of the present disclosure is to provide for an improved terminal that facilitates use of just one terminal out of two terminals.
[0011] An object of the present disclosure is to provide for an improved terminal that facilitates improved manufacturing process time at customer end.
