, Description:

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to an improved disposable straight razor blade assembly and more particularly a new type of totally disposable all plastic shaving system unit.

Prior art

The current state of art required to breaking of the razor blade in two halves, during breaking the blade gets bend and damaged it cause improper fitting in the blade holder. As a result it gives discomfort poor shaving performance.

Further a straight razor is typically being used for hair removal from deferent areas as required.

Object of Invention

The object of this invention to provide a new improved totally disposable straight razor blade assembly.

The concept of totally disposable consumable to avoid contamination by means of many art providing the apparatus itself.

To achieve the noble object by providing in the manner of a blade edge protector to avoid any contamination, thus fulfill ultimate object of invention.

Summary of the Invention

Thus it has been long felt need to develop such a shaving system which over comes the disadvantages of prior art.

According to present invention there is provided an improved and totally disposable straight razor blade is typically being used for hair removal.

So an improved disposable razor (fig. – I) having a razor blade (1) placed in razor handle (9) (fig. - II ) by means of 5 nos. locating pins respectively (6, 7, 8, 18, and 19) and further the blade being riveted or snapped by means of cap member (5) shown in fig - IV & in fig - V.

Accordingly 5 nos. holes provided i.e. (10, 11, 12, 21, and 22) in cap member (5) shown in fig - IV & in fig - V. for riveting and snapping the blade (1) with razor handle (9) in proper location as required for comfortable shaving geometry.

Further more there is provided an edge protector (2) which is integrate with razor handle (9) in the position of (3 & 4) typically designed so that it can be easily breakable before use. A serration zone (13) provided in razor handle (9) as there will be prevent slippage and provides positive grip during shaving.

A pivot pin member (20) provided in razor body (15) in fig. – III and a typical pivot hole (17) provided in razor handle shown in fig. – II which clubbed the razor handle in fig. – II with razor body in fig. – III and gives smooth rotation shown in fig. – I.

In razor handle (9) in fig. – II shows a integrate tail piece member (14) provided having a suitable curved shaped design for comfortable finger grip.

A long serration zone (16) also provide in razor body (15) shown in fig. – III. Which is also prevent slippage during handling.

Brief Description of the Accompanying Drawings

We shall now describe the invention with reference to accompanying drawings which are given for better understanding the invention but does not restrict the scope of present invention.

Fig. – I - is an assembled ready use – view of the razor blade and handle.

Fig. – II - is a plan view of razor handle.

Fig. – III -is a pictorial view of razor body.

Fig - IV - is a pictorial view of cap member.

Fig - V. - is a plan view of cap member.
