An Integrated Chimney System For Performing Holy Rituals

Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated chimney system with a chimney at top and an aeration system in pyramidical shaped walls for achieving the complete combustion. The present invention consists of a detachable four legged (6) pyramid shaped dome (3) fitted with an electrically driven exhaust fan (4) at top which sucks all smoke during performance of rituals. In the present invention, sucked smoke is released through a flexible pipe (5) outside the event place. The system also supplies oxygen to support the combustion provided yajnakund contains some holes (2) in side walls.

Specification

The present invention relates to the field of smoke chimneys, more
particularly, related to an integrated chimney for performing holy rituals.
BACKGROUND
[002] In India, Agnihotra (Havan or Yajna) is a very common ritual which
is performed in most of Sanatan and Vedic Hindu religion. The ghee and samigri
aahutis are dedicated to the god during which burning of Ficus
religiosa/Magniferra indica/Santalum wood is burnt in a specific shaped Havan
Kund. Sometimes, due to incomplete combustion, there occurs carbon mono
oxide which is not good for devotees participating. Hence, there is a need to
address this issue by providing the best possible solution.
[003] US5560756A relates to chimney smoke scrubber for use with
stoves and fireplaces includes a chimney cap enclosure secured atop the
chimney or flue pipe of the combustion unit. However, the cited document
talks about a scrubber only and hence present invention is quite different from
the cited document.
[004] EP2979029B1 discloses an improved combustion system
particularly suitable for use in relation to domestic wood burners, which burn
biomass fuels, and for convenience only therefore, the invention will be
predominantly described in relation to such use. However, the present
invention is quite different as the cited document explains about combustion
system and methodology involved is also completely different.
[005] The present invention addresses the above shortcomings of the
prior art. However, the present invention is entirely different from the prior art
in terms of size and ease ability to install.

SUMMARY
[006] The present invention discloses a kind of integrated yajna kund
which comprises of a detachable four legged pyramid (6) shaped dome (3)
fitted with an exhaust fan (4) at top which sucks all smoke during performance
of Yajna. The present system supplies oxygen to support the combustion by
providing some holes in side walls of the yajna kund (1).
[007] In one implementation, the present invention provides a solution to
have an integrated havan kund with a chimney at top and an aeration system in
pyramedical shaped walls for achieving the complete combustion.
[008] In the present implementation, the present invention is power
driven by the exhaust mounted at top attached with a disposal flexible pipe
(5).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[009] The foregoing detailed description of embodiments is better
understood when read in conjunction with the attached drawing.
[0010] Figure 1 illustrates three dimensional view of the present invention.
[0011] The figure depicts an embodiment of the present disclosure for the
purpose of illustration and better understanding only.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0012] Some embodiments of this disclosure, illustrating all its features,
will now be discussed in detail.
[0013] The present disclosure provides a solution for having integrated
havan kund with a chimney at top and an aeration system in pyramedical
shaped walls for achieving the complete combustion. The present invention
4
discloses a kind of integrated four legged yajna kund (1) which comprises of a
detachable four legged (6) pyramid shaped dome (3) fitted with an electrically
driven exhaust fan (4) at top which sucks all smoke during performance of
Yajna. In the present invention, sucked smoke is released through a flexible
pipe (5) outside the event place. The system also supplies oxygen to support
the combustion provided yajnakund contains some holes (2) in side walls.
[0014] In one embodiment, the present invention consists of a detachable
four legged (6) pyramid shaped dome (3).
[0015] In another embodiment, pyramid shaped dome (3) is fitted with an
electrically driven exhaust fan (4) at the top.
[0016] In another embodiment, the exhaust fan (4) sucks all smoke during
performance of Yajna.
[0017] In another embodiment, the sucked smoke is released through a
flexible pipe (5) outside the event place.
[0018] In another embodiment, an aeration system in pyramidical shaped
walls is provided in the present invention for achieving the complete
combustion.
[0019] In yet another embodiment, the present system supplies oxygen to
support the combustion completely by providing some holes (2) in side walls
of the yajna kund (1).
[0020] In another embodiment, the present invention consists of a power
driven exhaust (7) mounted at the top attached with a disposal flexible pipe
and a hook (8).
[0021] In another embodiment, the intensity of the exhaust of the smoke is
detected with the help of smoke detectors in case holy rituals are performed
inside the closed area if due to any reason, combustion does not occur
completely.
5
[0022] In another embodiment, in case the exhaust smoke level rises
above the threshold valve, the smoke detector would send signal to reduce the
smoke inside the closed area where the holy rituals are performed.
[0023] In another embodiment, the present invention is simple and easy to
incorporate.
[0024] In an exemplary embodiment, the present invention provides the
solution for having integrated havan kund/ chimney system with a chimney at
top and an aeration system in pyramidical shaped walls for achieving the
complete combustion. The present invention consists of a detachable four
legged (6) pyramid shaped dome (3) fitted with an electrically driven exhaust
fan (4) at top which sucks all smoke during performance of Yajna. In the
present invention, sucked smoke is released through a flexible pipe (5) outside
the event place. The system also supplies oxygen to support the combustion
provided yajnakund contains some holes (2) in side walls
[0025] Referring to figure 1 indicates the three dimensional view of the
present invention highlighting the components of the present invention.
[0026] Some of the embodiments may be further upgraded based upon the
study performed further.

We claim:
1. An integrated chimney for performing holy rituals wherein the chimney
consists of
a) a four legged yajna kund (1) containing contains some holes (2) in
side walls;
b) a pyramid shaped dome (3);
c) an exhaust fan (4);
d) a flexible pipe (5) attached with the exhaust fan (4) ;
e) exhaust (7) ; and
f) a hook (8).
2. The chimney as claimed in claim 1 supplies oxygen to support the
combustion completely by providing some holes (2) in side walls of the
yajna kund (1).
3. The chimney as claimed in claim 1 wherein the pyramid shaped dome (3)
is fitted with an electrically driven exhaust fan (4) at the top.
4. The chimney as claimed in claim provides an aeration system in
pyramidical shaped walls for achieving the complete combustion.
5. The chimney as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sucked smoke is released
through a flexible pipe (5) outside the event place
