Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION An IRD device and a method for insertion of private content on a broadcast signal is disclosed. The device capable of inserting narrow cast private content on to a broadcast signal based on the private commands sent to the IRD device either along with broadcast signal or from the cloud server or private content distribution server by a separate communication means.

Field of the Invention
The present disclosure relates generally to Mass communication broadcasting receivers and more particularly to an Integrated Receiver Decoders [IRD] device and a method superimposing private content on a broadcast signal in real time.
Background of the Invention
Digital broadcasters use integrated receiver decoders (IRD)’s or set-top boxes for providing subscribers with broadcast services. By way of cable transmission, terrestrial transmission or satellite transmission, the broadcasters send a modulated carrier signal to the IRD’s situated in the subscribers' homes or at Multi System Operators (MSO)’s. Each IRD processes the modulated carrier signal and sends the broadcast signal to the subscriber's television, recording device, or other peripheral device. These IRD’s receive the signals from the satellite and then decode the private content and deliver it to the subscribers or the MSO’s.
Broadcasters have several means of providing financial support for continuous broadcasting such as Commercial Broadcasting of private content such as television Ad commercials accompanying the television programs. Examples of Ad commercials includes Banner Ads, Full screen Ads, Lbar, Scroll Ad, Video Ad [Interstitial, Pre-roll, Post-roll, PIP video, Video with Companion Ad], Bug[3D Ball, 2D Cube], Greetings Ads, Sponsored Ads [Airport app, Stock, News, Sports, Weather, Picture News, Train app, Commodity app, Food & wine, Prayer, Astrology, EPG Channel], Social Media Alerts, Banner Infomercials [Cinema, Weather, News, Stock, Sports, Commodity, Airport, Railways, Play List Presentation, Coupons, 3D model, Free Apps, Coupons for you, VOD for you, Apps for you, Food & wine, Product Brochure, Service Brochure] etc. Other types of Financial sources include Voluntary membership subscriptions from individual audience members, grants from charitable foundations or business entities, Government-sponsored, direct government payments or operation of public broadcasters, indirect government payments, such as television license fees collected from receivers etc.
Narrowcasting is a kind of advertising of information (usually via Internet, radio, or television) to a narrow audience; not to the broader public at-large. This is also called as niche marketing or target marketing; narrowcasting involves aiming media messages at specific segments of the public defined by values, preferences, demographic attributes, and/or subscription. Presently, Marketing experts are often interested in narrowcast media as a commercial advertising tool, since access to such private content implies exposure to a specific and clearly defined prospective consumer audience. The theory being that, by identifying particular demographics viewing such programs, advertisers can better target their markets. Television has made a transition from broadcasting to narrowcasting which has given advertisers a greater advantage when it comes to directing their messages to a specific demographic audience. For example if the chocolate manufacturing company wanted to target 5 to 10 year old children, they shall purchase commercial time on a cartoon channel who only narrowcasts and makes their message more valuable by marketing to a concentrated audience.
At present, several companies are purchasing commercial time in the broadcast channel, which broadcasts the programs to all locations. If a company has business interest with specific target people located at only a particular region, then the company cannot purchase the commercial time in the broadcast channel, due to very huge cost and also the broadcast reaches non-targeted people which are of no use to the company. Hence, there is a need for a system to broadcast a single broadcast signal to multiple locations and enable to decode and provide private content along with the broadcast channel program and display different private content at different locations simultaneously with the same broadcast program.
At present, the IRD’s are capable of receiving and decoding the Broadcast program sent by the broadcaster. The Broadcast program comprises of television programs, graphics and Ad Commercial etc., multiplexed into a single video signal. The IRD can only receive, decode and transmit the signal. The currently used IRD’s de-multiplexes the Satellite Signal, but does not have sufficient hardware and capabilities to execute private commands and private content multiplexed in the Satellite program in real time before uplinked. Also, currently these IRD’s cannot access or process Cloud data which includes private content and private commands through any communication means. So there is a need for an Hybrid IRD to process Multiplexed Satellite Signal (MSS) in real time.

The following presents a simplified summary of the disclosure in order to provide a basic understanding to the reader. For ease of understanding of the invention, the following terms are repetitively used and may be interpreted by the way they have been defined in the context below, however the terminology used in the context herein is for understanding purpose and does not constitute as to limitation of the scope of the invention.
a) Private command data: Set of private commands/instructions provided to the hardware consoles which includes control commands, overlay master commands, the rules list and schedules list;
b) Private content: Any additional private content that needs to be additionally displayed or played along with the regular broadcast video program. The additional private content may be related to an advertisement, news alerts, infomercials, social media alerts, Banner Infomercials [Cinema, Weather, News, Stock, Sports, Commodity, Airport, Railways, Play List Presentation, Coupons, 3D model, Free Apps, Coupons for you, VOD for you, Apps for you, Food & wine, Product Brochure, Service Brochure], Sponsored Ads [Airport app, Stock, News, Sports, Weather, Picture News, Train app, Commodity app, Food & wine, Prayer, Astrology, EPG Channel], Social Media Alerts
c) Private data includes both private command data and private content.
d) Broadcast stream: Audio/video signal broadcasted via satellite (DVB-S) or Cable (DVB-C) or Internet based broadcast.
e) Rules List: a predefined list containing the type of private contents to be rendered with the type of graphic animation stored in the graphic animation files.
f) Schedule list: a predefined list containing the timings at which each type of animated private content to be overlayed along with the broadcast video signal.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an IRD device and a method for receiving a multiplexed broadcast stream; process the multiplexed broadcast stream and provide an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed Private content on the Broadcasted video signal.
It is also an object of the present invention to provide an IRD device and a method for receiving a multiplexed broadcast stream; process the multiplexed broadcast stream and provide an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed private content on the live Broadcasted video signal.
It is an also an object of this invention, an IRD device and a method to superimpose a predefined private content specifically provided for a predefined location onto the broadcasted stream.
It is also an object of this invention, an IRD product, system and a method to retrieve predefined private content from a predefined location based on the private commands sent to the IRD device along with multiplexed Broadcast Stream or from a Cloud server.
It is a still further object of this invention, an IRD device and a method to communicate in one or both a wired or a wireless means with cloud server or any other data storage means and retrieve only a predefined private content stored in the cloud server or any other data storage means based on the private commands sent along with the multiplexed broadcast stream or through the cloud server or any other data storage means.
It is an even still further object of this invention, an IRD device and a method capable of retrieving predefined private content multiplexed in the broadcast stream or predefined private content received by the IRD from the cloud server or any other server and superimposing the received private content on to the broadcast video signal based on private command signals sent to the IRD through multiplexed broadcast signal or from the cloud server or by any other means.
It is also another object of this invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive broadcast stream and retrieve predefined private content from a remote source and superimpose the predefined private content on the broadcast video signal based on the private commands multiplexed in the predefined uplinked broadcast signal broadcasted through a satellite for that particular location.
It is also another object of this invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive broadcast video signal and retrieve predefined private content from a remote source or from a broadcast stream and superimpose the predefined private content on the broadcast video based on the private commands sent through a separate communication means.
It is also another object of this invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive broadcast stream and superimpose predefined private content either from a remote source or from broadcast stream and superimpose the predefined private content on the broadcast video based on the IRD’s geographical location.
It is also another object of this invention, an IRD device and a method having a storage means for storing and retrieving predefined private content and super impose the predefined private content on the broadcast video based on the private commands sent to the IRD device through a separate communication means.
It is also another object of this invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive broadcast stream and superimpose predefined Graphic private content either from a remote source or from broadcast stream and superimpose the predefined private content with the satellite video signal based on the private command signals either transmitted in the broadcast stream or sent through cloud private content or by any other communication means.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
According to a first aspect of the present invention, an IRD device is provided and a method for insertion of private content on a broadcast signal is disclosed. The device comprising of a broadcast stream receiver and a cloud communication means.
In accordance with the first aspect of the present invention, the method for insertion of private content on a broadcast signal with the device comprising of a de-multiplexer for de-multiplexing the broadcast signal, a graphics processor for creation of real time graphics of the private contents based on the private commands received, a video insertion/splicing unit for insertion of real time graphics private content created by the graphics processer on to the broadcast signal, a storage unit for storing of private content, private commands and broadcast signal, a GPS unit for providing a latitude or a longitude information, and an output unit for providing broadcast stream along with the created graphics of private content.
In accordance with the first aspect of the present invention, the method for insertion of private content on a broadcast signal comprising the steps of de-multiplexing the broadcast signal, creating real time graphics private content based on the private commands received by the device, inserting the real time graphics private content created by the graphics processer on to the broadcast signal and a step of providing an output signal comprising of satellite signal and created graphics private content.
In accordance with the first aspect of the present invention, the private command signals as described may comprise of an Area-tag data or a plurality of L-coordinates or designated address of the IRD. The private commands received by the IRD (either through the broadcasted data means or from cloud server or any other communication means) provides the IRD to retrieve the private content from the broadcasted data or from cloud server or any other communication means based on the Area-tag data or L-coordinates or designated identification number of the IRD i.e. after the private commands are received at the IRD, that particular IRD will check whether the private command signals comprising of Area-tag data or L-coordinates or designated address of the IRD matches with the Area-tag or the IRD geographic coordinates are within the particular geographical area or identification number of the IRD. And if any of these conditions fulfill, then the IRD fetches the private content, render private content onto the animations and create a 3D graphic private content and superimpose the graphic private content on the live broadcast signal.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited in its application to the details of construction and the arrangement of components set forth in the following description. The present disclosure is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology used herein is for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.
The use of “including”, “comprising” or “having” and variations thereof herein is meant to encompass the items listed thereafter and equivalents thereof as well as additional items. The terms “a” and “an” herein do not denote a limitation of quantity, but rather denote the presence of at least one of the referenced item. Further, the use of terms “first”, “second”, and “third”, and the like, herein do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention an IRD device and a method is disclosed, the device comprises a means for receiving a multiplexed satellite signal, a means for process the multiplexed satellite signal, and a means to provide an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed private content on the Broadcasted video signal.
In accordance the non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of receiving a multiplexed satellite signal, processing the multiplexed satellite signal, receiving a private content and private commands through a communication means, superimposing the private content on to the broadcast signal based on the private commands and a step of providing an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed private content on the Broadcasted video signal.
In accordance to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention the IRD device and the method disclosed comprises the steps of receiving a multiplexed satellite signal, processing the multiplexed satellite signal, receiving a private content and private commands through a communication means, overlaying the private content on to the broadcast signal based on the private commands received and the step of providing an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed private content on the Broadcasted video signal.
In accordance to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention the IRD device and the method disclosed, comprises the steps of receiving a multiplexed satellite signal, processing the multiplexed satellite signal, receiving a private content and private commands through a communication means, a step of alpha blending the private content on to the broadcast signal based on the private commands received and the step of providing an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed private content on the Broadcasted video signal.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method for receiving a multiplexed satellite signal is disclosed. The system is proposed to process the multiplexed satellite signal and provide an output essentially consisting of an audio signal and superimposed private content on the live broadcasted video signal.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method to superimpose a predefined private content specifically provided for a predefined location onto the broadcasted video signal is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD product, system and a method to retrieve predefined private content for a predefined location based on the private command signals sent to the IRD device along with multiplexed Satellite Broadcast Signal or from a cloud server is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method to communicate in one or both by a wired and by a wireless means with a cloud server or any other data storage means and retrieve only a predefined private content stored in the cloud server or any other data storage means based on the private command signals sent along with the multiplexed broadcast signal or through the cloud server or any other data storage means is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method capable of retrieving predefined private content, multiplexed in the satellite signal or predefined private content received by the IRD from the cloud server and superimposing on the satellite broadcast video signal based on private command signals send to the IRD through multiplexed satellite signal.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive satellite signal or a cable network signal and retrieve predefined private content from a remote source and superimpose the predefined private content on the satellite video signal based on the private commands multiplexed in the uplinked broadcast signal predefined for that particular location is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive satellite broadcast video signal or a cable network signal and retrieve predefined private content from a remote source or from satellite broadcast signal and superimpose the predefined private content with the satellite program channel based on the private commands sent through a separate communication means is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive satellite broadcast video signal or a cable network signal and superimpose predefined private content either from a remote source or from satellite broadcast signal and superimpose the predefined private content with the satellite program channel based on the IRD’s geographical location is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method having a storage means for storing and retrieving predefined private content and superimposes the predefined private content with the satellite program video signal based on the private commands sent to the IRD device through a separate communication means is disclosed.
According to a non-limiting exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an IRD device and a method capable to receive satellite broadcast video signal or a cable network signal and superimpose predefined Graphic private content either from a remote source or from satellite broadcast signal and superimpose the predefined private content with the satellite video signal based on the private command signals either transmitted in the broadcast signal or sent through cloud private content or by any other communication means is disclosed.
In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the private command signals as described may comprise of Area-tag data or L-coordinates or designated address of the IRD. The private commands received by the IRD (either through the broadcasted data means or from cloud server or any other communication means) provides the IRD to retrieve the private content from the broadcasted data or from cloud server or any other communication means based on the Area-tag data or L-coordinates or designated identification number of the IRD i.e. after the private commands are received at the IRD, that particular IRD will check whether the private command signals comprising of Area-tag data or L-coordinates or designated address of the IRD matches with the Area-tag or the IRD geographic coordinates are within the particular geographical area or identification number of the IRD. And if any of these conditions fulfill, then the IRD fetches the private content, render private content onto the animations and create a 3D graphic private content and superimpose the graphic private content on the live broadcast signal.
In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the IRD device comprising of 3D graphics processor, Security engine, Ethernet TCP/IP stack for internet communication, Storage, GPS and video splicing unit and audio mixing unit. The device of the present invention can handle nHD, qHD, HD, FHD, QHD, WQXGA+, UHD, FUHD resolutions.
Referring to FIG.1 is an overview diagram depicting an overall process flow of the broadcast signal and private content management. The ad agency (101) registers the private content to be displayed for houses in a particular area (130) in the program channel on 21-11-2014 for duration of 2 minutes from 6:01PM to 6:03pm. The ad agency (102) books the private content to be displayed for houses in a particular area (128) in the program channel on 21-11-2014 for duration of 2 minutes from 6:01PM to 6:03pm. The ad agency (103) books the private content to be displayed for houses in a particular area (126) in the program channel on 21-11-2014 for duration of 2 minutes from 6:01PM to 6:03pm. The Ad Portal (103) collects all this information related to the bookings made by all the ad agencies and forwards the details to the central broadcast control unit (105). The central broadcast control unit (105) transmits the booked private contents and the schedule of the private content insertion to central distribution server (112). The central distribution server, based on its prior configuration transmits the data to a data injection server (116) or to cloud server (107). A Multiplexer 117 multiplexes the private contents, the schedule of the private content insertion to central distribution server (112) and the broadcast signal received from the broadcast unit (115) and teleports to the satellite (109). The multiplexed satellite broadcast (119) is received by the IRD’s 120, 122 and 124 simultaneously. The IRD’s (120), (122) and (124) de-multiplexes the multiplexed satellite broadcast and only superimposes private contents on that particular animation booked by the ad agency (101) or (102) or (104) respectively.
In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a display at the end devices as per the schedule is illustrated and the IRD device (120) transmits the broadcasted program to the houses in the area (130) with superimposed private content booked by ad agency (101). The IRD device (122) transmits the broadcasted program to the houses in the area (128) with superimposed private content booked by ad agency (102). The IRD device (124) transmits the broadcasted program to the houses in the area (126) with superimposed private content booked by ad agency (104). Hence automation of scheduling and displaying of private content on a live broadcast signal has been facilitated by such computer implemented system and method.
Referring to Fig.2 illustrates the displays of peripheral user (405) of IRD 1, peripheral user (407) of IRD 2, peripheral user (409) of IRD 3 and peripheral user (411) of IRD 4. All the peripheral users are located at different locations and are able to view a same channel and also different private content (406), (408), (410) and (413) displayed on the program simultaneously and synchronously.
Referring to Fig. 3 illustrates a block diagram of the IRD of the present invention. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the broadcast stream either from DVB-C or DVB-S is provided to the tuner module (317). The tuner module locks itself to a frequency or multiple frequencies and retrieves the program private content and data. The CAM module (316) decrypts the data received by the broadcast stream or from the internet via Ethernet source (315). The demuxer (310) separates the types of data received in the broadcast stream by the IRD into audio/video data, private content, and private command data. The de-multiplexed private command data is sent to the notification client module (311) and the notification client module (311) compares the locale information of that notification with the prestored locale information in the locale module (328) and if the locale information of that notification matches with the prestored locale information, that notification sends all the schedules related control commands to the scheduler (306). The private content is sent to the private content receiver (308) and then firstly the private content receiver (308) compares the locale information in the initial packet (init packet) of the private content with the pre-stored locale information in the locale module (328) and if the locale information in the initial packet of the private content matches with the pre-stored locale information, Then private content receiver will cache the information like Size of the private content file , Number of packets, Checksum information and then start receiving the Data Packets which contains the real private content data until it receives the complete size of the private content file and then it verifies the of the private content file checksum with cached checksum information, if the checksum matches then it stores the private content file in the storage unit (307). In the case of IRD is connected to internet through Cellular Dongle or Wifi or LAN it sends successful Acknowledgment if checksum matches and unsuccessful Acknowledgment if checksum doesn’t matches to resend the private content data. The scheduler (306) reads the scheduled play list from the storage unit (307) and sends the private content as per schedules to the splicer engine (305) then the splicer engine (305) preloads the private content(video or animation) and then calculate the accurate time and frames to wait and make the private content(video or animation) overlay frame accurately. Player sub system 2(301) plays the alternate video in the case private video content overlay and OpenGL Orchestrator (303) plays the private content animation in the case animation overlay. The openGL Orchestrator (303) stores predefined 3D graphic animations and load the private content on animations and overlays animated private content frame accurately on the broadcast video. When an external storage device is plugged in at the external storage access port (319), the context notification module (309) sends the event to storage module to enable the storage module (307) to store the data in the external storage device to facilitate storage for private content data like private content videos, private content animations, scheduled playlist files, configuration files, log files etc.. It can also store the captured broadcast video which is playing on the player subsystem 1 (302) to overlay as a private content whenever scheduled. The external storage device may comprise of an external hard disk, a pen drive, storage cards and the like. The player subsystem 2 (301) only plays video type overlays on the broadcast video (302) of the player subsystem 1 (303). The openGL orchestrator (303) outputs the animated private contents and enables them to overlay on the broadcast video (302) of the player subsystem 1 (302).
The private data can be provided to IRD (300) of the present invention by means of internet via Ethernet port (315) or cloud server (313) or through the broadcast stream (312) and private content is stored in storage unit (307).
The present device of the present invention enables the Satellite channel operator to:
1) Display the same broadcast program to several locations with different channel names & logos simultaneously.
2) Overlay different advertisement content on the same broadcast program simultaneously at different locations.
3) Display different programs with a single channel name & logo simultaneously at different locations.
4) Obtain local audience feedback and ratings of several programs broadcasted.
5) Change the look and feel of the background of the broadcasted program.
6) Facilitate cross promotions of the programs to enhance the TRP.
7) Localize the IRD with local government and other social activists social network feeds to update the upcoming schemes and other necessary updates to the viewers based at that particular location.
8) Overlay different advertisement content in local languages on the same broadcast program simultaneously at different locations.
9) Localized advertisements are overlayed on the broadcast videos which will increase the revenue of broadcaster MSO and advertiser and facilitate to advertise different local ads only in their location in the national and international channels
Without limiting the scope of the Invention, the private content may be overlapped, superimposed, overlayed, alpha-blended, embedded, spliced, lay over, superpose or converged etc. on the broadcast signal.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been shown and described in detail to illustrate the inventive principles, it will be understood that the invention may be embodied otherwise without departing from such principles.
,CLAIMS:5. CLAIMS
1. An Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) for insertion of animated private content on a video broadcast signal, the device comprising of:
a de-multiplexer for de-multiplexing a broadcast signal received from a broadcast receiving means, wherein
the de-multiplexing results in separating the broadcast signal received into at least one or combination of a private content, a private command and a private schedule file;
a delivery means that delivers the de-multiplexed private content to one of a private content receiver and a first player sub system;
an control command issuing means that issues a set of control commands to a notification client, that also receives a set of control commands from a notification server; and
the notification client issues control commands to a context instrumentation agent and to a scheduler that also receives the private content from a storage unit that stores the private contents, private commands and private schedule files received from the private content receiver;
a OpenGL orchestrator engine for storing real time graphics animations and overlay the private contents on the graphic animations based on the private commands received and overlay the animated private content animation on the broadcast video;
a video insertion splicing unit for insertion of real time animated private content created by the graphics processer on to the broadcast signal;
the IRD integrates the private content on the animations and overlays animated private content frame accurately on the broadcast video via a second player subsystem with the private content streamed by the first player subsystem.
2. The Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) as claimed in claim 1, transmits and displays the broadcasted program with superimposed private content booked by an advertisement agency on the end devices by a means as per a schedule.
3. The Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) as claimed in claim 1, transmits and displays the broadcasted program with superimposed private content by a means for a predefined location.
4. The Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) as claimed in claim 1, facilitates automation of scheduling and displaying of private content by a means on a live broadcast signal.
5. The Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) as claimed in claim 1, configured to retrieve a predefined private content from a predefined location based on the private commands sent to the IRD along with multiplexed broadcast stream from a cloud server.
6. The Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD) as claimed in claim 1, retrieve a predefined private content stored in the cloud server or any other data storage means in one or both of a wired or a wireless means.

8. A method for insertion of animated private content on a video broadcast signal by an Integrated Receiver Decoder (IRD), the method comprising a step of:
de-multiplexing a broadcast signal received from a broadcast receiving means, wherein:
the de-multiplexing results in separating the broadcast signal received, into one or combination of a private content, a private command and a private schedule file;
a sub step of delivering the de-multiplexed private content to one of a private content receiver and a first player sub system;
a sub step of issuing an control command to a notification client, that also receives a set of control commands from a notification server; and
the notification client issues control commands to a context instrumentation agent and to a scheduler that also receives the private content from a storage unit that stores the private contents, private commands and private schedule files received from the private content receiver;
creating real time graphic animations by a graphics processor for the private contents based on the private commands received;
inserting real time animated private content created by the graphics processer on to the broadcast signal using a video insertion splicing unit;
storing a set of predefined 3D graphic animations by an OpenGL orchestrator; and
the method using the IRD, integrates the private content on the animations and overlays animated private content frame accurately on the video of broadcast video via a first player subsystem onto the private content streamed by the first player subsystem.
9. The method as claimed in claim 8, transmits and displays the broadcasted program with superimposed advertisement private content booked by an advertisement agency on the end devices as per a schedule.
10. The method as claimed in claim 8, transmits and displays the broadcasted program with superimposed advertisement private content for a predefined location.
11. The method as claimed in claim 8, facilitates automation of scheduling and displaying of private content on a live broadcast signal.
12. The method as claimed in claim 8, configures to retrieve a predefined private content from a predefined location based on the private commands sent to the IRD along with multiplexed broadcast stream from a cloud server.
13. The method as claimed in claim 8, retrieves a predefined private content stored in the cloud server or any other data storage means in one or both of a wired or a wireless means.
