An Inverter Air Conditioner

Abstract: The present invention relates to an air conditioner (200), notably an inverter A.C. The air conditioner (200) may comprise a memory (220) for storing details of a plurality of operational levels of a compressor (224) of the air conditioner (200). The air conditioner (200) may further comprise a controller (218, 222) for receiving a user input indicating an operational level of the compressor (224) and a target temperature to be achieved. The controller (218, 222) may provide an instruction to the compressor (224) for working on the operational level for a first predefined time period. The controller (218, 222) may receive an indoor temperature achieved after expiry of the first predefined time period. The controller (218, 222) may continue operation of the compressor (224) at the operational level or notify a user to select a higher operational level based on a difference between the target temperature and the indoor temperature.
