Anti Aging Composition And Uses Thereof
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for reducing and preventing signs of skin aging comprising a combination of natural and synthetic actives. In particular, the present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising oleanolic acid, L-histidine, and L-carnosine as active ingredients for boosting collagen, elastin and involucrin synthesis.

Specification
CLIAMS:1. A cosmetic composition for preventing and reducing signs of skin aging comprising:
a) 0.00005% to 1% (w/w) of oleanolic acid;
b) 0.030% to 2.5% (w/w) of L-histidine;
c) 0.05% to 2.5% (w/w) of L-carnosine; and
d) 70% to 99.9% (w/w) of a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
2. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the signs of skin aging are selected from the group consisting of wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, lack of radiance, and combinations thereof.
3. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises 0.0001% (w/w) of oleanolic acid.
4. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises 0.039% (w/w) of L- histidine.
5. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises 0.1% (w/w) of L-carnosine.
6. The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition is formulated in a form selected from the group consisting of skin creams, skin lotions, sunscreen lotions, anti-aging products, skin foundations, gels, sprays, serums, moisturizing sprays, facial scrubs, facial peels, and skin spot correction products.
7. A method for preventing and reducing signs of skin aging by topically administering a cosmetic composition, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises:
a) 0.00005% to 1% (w/w) of oleanolic acid;
b) 0.030% to 2.5% (w/w) of L-histidine;
c) 0.05% to 2.5% (w/w) of L-carnosine; and
d) 70% to 99.9% (w/w) of a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the signs of skin aging are selected from the group consisting of wrinkles, fine lines, sagging skin, lack of radiance, and combinations thereof.
9. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises 0.0001% (w/w) of oleanolic acid.
10. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises 0.039% (w/w) of L-histidine.
11. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises 0.1% (w/w) of L-carnosine. ,TagSPECI:As Attached
