BACKGROUND
Trauma is an injury caused to any part of the body. This can be caused by accident, fall, bad posture, surgery, over straining, fracture and the like. Due to an injury, there can be an internal or external bleeding, swelling, pain, fever, rupture of skin, legament, muscles or bones. Doctors for curing trauma generally prescribe homoeopathic medicines such as Arnica Montana, Bellis Perennis, Hypericum Perforatum, Ledum Palustre, Natrum Sulphuricum, Rhus Toxicodendron, Ruta Graveolens, Staphysagria and Symphytum Officinale either individually or in combination with one or two said homoeopathic medicines depending upon the symptoms of the patient. These medicines help the body to repair itself. For example, for an injury without external bleeding, Arnica montana is prescribed and in case of fracture symptoms, Symphytum officinale is prescribed. If the patient is having a fracture along with injury to deeper tissues with external bleeing, then the homoeopathic doctor may prescribe Bellis perennis in combination with Symphytum officinale. Every time homoeopathic doctor has to examine the symptoms of trauma patients and prescribe the aforesaid medicines accordingly.
The object of this invention is to simplify the prescription by doctors for a large group of patients and cover wider spectrum of symptoms in a single homoeopathic medicine.
To achieve the said objective, this invention provides Anti Traumatic composition for a wider spectrum of symptoms which comprises of:

Arnica Montana, Bellis Perennis, Hypericum Perforatufn, Ledum Palustre, Natrum Sulphuricum, Rhus Toxicodendron, Ruta Graveolens., Staphysagria and Symphytum OfFicinale in equal proportions.

The potencies of the above-mentioned ingredients should not be less than 30 and not more than 200. The potency of 200 is preferred for achieving better results.
The tablets of 100 mg or 250 mg.. are prepared from the above-mentioned composition and are prescribed by the doctors depending upon the age and the acuteness of the disease.
Except Natrum sulphuricum, the remaining ingredients used in the said composition are made from extracts of herbal plants.
This invention further relates to a process for preparing Anti Traumatic composition which comprises mixing in equal proportion at ambient temperature the following ingredients:
The potencies of the aforesaid ingredients should not be less than 30 and not more than 200.
Each of the ingredients is made at first in alcohol or in water to the power of either 30 or 200 i.e. all ingredients Arnica Montana, Bellis Perennis, Hypericum Perforatum, Ledum Palustre, Rhus Toxicodendron, Ruta Grayeolens, Staphysagria and Symphytum Officinale are potentised to give 30 or 200 individually.
All ingredients to the desired potency have to be made separately and thereafter the said ingredients are mixed uniformly with lactose to form the composition. The tablets of 100 or 250 mg are prepared from the said composition in a known manner.
The alcohol used is 90% alcohol and the water used is distilled water.
The invention will now be described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
Anti Traumatic composition is prepared by mixing in equal proportion at ambient temperature the following ingredients:

Each of the aforesaid ingredients are potentised either in 90% ethyl alcohol or distilled water to get 200 potency. All potentised ingredients have to be made separately and thereafter mixed uniformly with lactose to get the above composition. Tablets of 100 or 250 mg are prepared in any known manner. These tablets are known as Anti Traumatic 200 (AT-200) and are prescribed for patients depending upon the age and acuteness of the disease. Even the patients having any traumatic condition without doctor's prescription can take it himself without having any adverse-reaction.
Example 2
Anti Traumatic composition is prepared by mixing in equal proportion the following ingredients:

Even the patients having any traumatic condition without doctor's prescription can take it himself without having any adverse reaction.
USES
Tablets prepared from the above composition are useful as first aid in all cases of trauma, injuries, sprains, muscular and joint pains especially arising out of faulty postures. These tablets help in reparing and joining of fractured bones.

We claim :
1. Anti Traumatic composition for a wider spectrum of symptoms
comprising :
- Arnica Montana, Bellis Perennis, Hypericum Perforatum, Ledum Palustre, Natrum Sulphuricum, Rhus Toxicodendron, Ruta Graveolens, Staphysagria and Symphytum Officinale in equal proportions.
2. Anti Traumatic composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the
potencies of the said ingredients should not be less than 30 and not
more than 200 and the potency of 200 is preferred for achieving better
results.
3. Anti Traumatic composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein tablets of
100 mg or 250 mg are prepared from the said composition and are
prescribed by the doctors depending upon the age and the acuteness of
the disease.
4. Anti Traumatic composition as claimed in claim I wherein except
Natrum sulphuricum, the remaining ingredients used in the said
composition are made from extracts of herbal plants.
5. Anti Traumatic composition for a wider spectrum of symptoms
whenever prepared by the process claimed in the preceding claims.
