Abstract: Apparatus for Mobile Terminal With Single (Multiple) Monitors for Processing Multimedia content from a Display Device A Mobile Terminal is connected to the Television or High Resolution Terminal or HDTV or Any Electronic Display Terminal through an embedded device. The embedded device receives the TV/HDTV/Any Electronic Display Terminal multimedia information and converts into digital packets. It transmits these packets to the mobile terminal using short-range wireless technologies. The mobile terminal can also compress and transmit the received packets using Mobile IPv6 or 802.XX standards to a home server or outside server for storage. The mobile terminal can specify the system information such as size, resolution of the image, frames etc. to the TV HDTV/Electronic Display Terminal through the embedded device. The mobile terminal can use single or multiple display monitors for displaying the TV HDTV/Any Electronic Display Terminal image in variable sides and resolution. Additionally, the multimedia data that is stored in the server can be viewed on the mobile terminal with multiple mobile monitors that also have the option to display with required resolution on any display terminal.

INTRODUCTION:
The TV or High Definition TV is an essential system for a good entertainment, educative system etc. for people. The rich multimedia information such as video, audio, images, data etc generated by the TV/HDTV cannot be fully supported by the present mobile terminals because of the size and resolution of the TV/HDTV signal. The same scenario is present in digital cameras where it cannot hold longer duration of camera clip. Present technologies have server concept for storing the TV/HDTV multimedia data. So the TV multimedia data has to be reduced without compromising the information in multimedia data and required to be recalled as when required by the user. Present technologies in vogue have server concept to retrieve such multimedia data and as such restrict the user to view only the content predefined by the operator and are confined to the equipment specification and location specific. Also the interface of TV/HDTV with the embedded devices like mobile terminals is not user friendly.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION:
As embedded device like mobile or PC or PDA have limited storage and are run on battery, they cannot play a complete TV/HDTV based multimedia data. The main problem is viewing, storing and playing of the multimedia data on an embedded device like mobile or PC or PDA. Also receiving and playing of the TV/HDTV live channel or stored channel from inside or outside the building is challenging. The increase of multimedia data is due to the improvements of TV technologies. HDTV has more resolution and more multimedia content and there exists a need to adapt the same to the requirement of embedded device like mobile or PC or PDA.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides the receiving of the multimedia information from TV or HDTV etc through short-range wireless technologies to the Mobile terminal. The TV signal is proce ed by a separate embedded device or set top box and converted into digital packets. The digital packets are transmitted to the mobile terminal by short-range wireless technologies. The mobile terminal then decodes the digital packets and transmits through the wireless transmitter to a base station. The base station then sends these packets to home server or outside server over the communication network. MIPv6/802.xx standards are used for transmitting from Mobile terminal to base station and then to server.
Further the mobile terminal can have single (multiple) monitors and can also receive multiple TV channels. The interface to mobile terminal can be any resolution TV or Projector for further display of images with required resolution. The compression schemes used are MPEG standards or proprietary standards. The remote interface to TV can be through mobile terminal in which case TV remote functionality is provided through mobile terminal or through TV remote as

default. The mobile terminal has the feature in which it can dynamically select the size or the channel to single or multiple mobile monitors.
BREIF DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMPANYING DRAWING:
Fig 1 illustrates the embodiment of TV/HDTV signal received through short range wireless to Mobile Terminal which will be decoded, compressed in the mobile terminal device and sent to the server through the base station to server using MIPv6/802.XX standards

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS
The preferred embodiments are described are as follows.
Fig 1 illustrates the embodiment of TV/HDTV signal received through short range wireless to Mobile Terminal which will be decoded, compressed in the mobile terminal device and sent to the server through the base station to server using MIPv6/802.XX standards.
The system according the embodiment has Television or High Definition TV 11, which transmits the required channel of multimedia information to the embedded device 12. The embedded device 12 converts the multimedia information to digital packets and sent through short-range wireless to Mobile terminal 13. The Mobile Terminal receives, decodes, compresses and transmits by wireless

transmitter to base station 16 using MIPv6/802.xx protocols. The base station 16 communicates with the home server (or outside server) 15 through communication Networks. Before transmitting to base station 16, the image, audio and data can be played in the Mobile Terminal 13.
Fig 2 illustrates the embodiment of Mobile Terminal specifying the system info, resolution etc.
The system according the embodiment has Television or High Definition TV 21, which transmits the required channel of multimedia information to the embedded device 22. From 22, the digital packets are transmitted through short-range wireless after receiving the system information like size, resolution etc from the mobile terminal. The digital packets from 22 which are received by Mobile Terminal 23, decoded, compressed and transmitted by wireless transmission by transmitter to base station 26 to home internet (outside server) 25 through MIPv6/802.xx protocols 24 and communication networks. Before transmitting to base station 25, the image, audio and data can be played in the Mobile Terminal 23.
Fig 3 illustrates the embodiment of Mobile terminal with multiple monitors receiving the TV signal, decoding, compressing and transmitting to the server using MIPv6/802.XX standards
The system according the embodiment has Television or High Definition TV 31, which transmits the required channel of multimedia information to the embedded device 32 that converts into digital packets. The digital packets are transmitted through short-range wireless after receiving the system information like size, resolution etc. from mobile terminal with monitors 33,34. From the mobile Terminal with monitors 33,34 the digital packets are, decoded, compressed and transmitted by wireless transmission by transmitter to base station 37 using MIPv6/802.xx protocols 35. The base station 37 communicates with home server or outside server 36 through the communication networks. Before transmitting to base station 35, the image, audio and data can be played in the Mobile Terminals 33,34. The mobile terminals can receive multiple TV Channels and play the same, and transmit to server 36.
Fig 4 illustrates the embodiment of Mobile terminal with multiple monitors receiving the TV signal, decoding, compressing and transmitting to the server using MIPv6/802.XX standards, and displaying then same from server and mobile terminal on TV or HDTV or any display terminal.
The system according the embodiment has Television or High Definition TV 41, which transmits the required channel of multimedia information to the embedded device 42 that converts into digital packets. The digital packets are transmitted through short-range wireless technologies after receiving the system information

like size, resolution etc from the Mobile Terminal with monitors 43,44. The digital packets are decoded, compressed and transmitted using MIPv6/802.xx protocols by transmitter to base station 46 and then to home server (or outside server) 47 using communication networks. Before transmitting to base station 46, the image, audio and data can be played in the Mobile Terminals with monitors 43,44. The mobile terminals can receive multiple TV Channels and play the same, and transmit to server 47. Before and after transmitting to base station 46, the image, audio and data can be played in the Mobile Terminals 43,44 and TV or High Resolution Terminal 48. We can also receive back the stored multimedia information and play and display the same on TV or any display terminal or High Resolution Terminal 48 from the server 47.

The system according the embodiment has Mobile Terminals 53,54 can dynamically select the image sizes for the both terminals or single terminal from different TV channel 51, after transmitting the system information like size, resolution etc through short range wireless
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY:
1. Viewing TV Channels simultaneously by mobile users (like Cricket Match, News, Movie with Special Alerts)
2. Special Alerts for specific events in the content.
3. Telemedicine

Invention claims:
1. A system comprising of a mobile terminal connected to an embedded device, which in turn is connected to a TV/HDTV/Electronic Display terminal wherein, the embedded device receives the TV/HDTV/ Electronic Display Terminal multimedia information and converts into digital packets and transmits through short-range wireless technologies to mobile terminal. The digital packets are decoded, compressed in the mobile terminal device and sent to the server through the base station, and to server using MIPv6/802.XX standards and communication networks.
2. A Mobile Terminal sends system information like size, resolution etc to TV or High Definition TV through the embedded device. TV /HTV/ Electronic Display terminal sends the required TV signal with multimedia content to the embedded device that converts the signal into digital packets.
3. The Mobile terminal with Single or Multiple monitors receiving the TV I/HDTV/Electronic Display terminal multimedia information from the embedded device through short-range wireless and further decoding, compressing and transmitting from base station to the server using MIPv6/802.XX standards and communication networks.
4. The Mobile terminal with single (or multiple) monitors receiving the TV signal from the embedded device through short range wireless, decoding, compressing and transmitting to the server using MIPv6/802.XX standards, and displaying then same from server and mobile terminal on TV/Electronic Display terminal/High Resolution Terminal.
5. Mobile Terminal with TV remote functionality
6. Receiving special alerts for specific events in the multimedia content on the mobile terminal.
7. Receiving and viewing of any number of live channels of TV Channels multimedia information through a hand held device mobile or embedded devices.
8. The display device can be high resolution TV, Digital projector, Monitors. The data transferred from the display device to embedded device and then mobile terminal through short distance wireless communication.
