Apparatus Sustaining Continuous Flame And The Process Thereof

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus that helps sustain the flame of Diya, candle, lamp etc. continuously without affecting the wave of air. As the flame is ignited with cotton wick and oil or ghee and such flame extinguished by the wind which is not preferred by the society as lots of fearfulness is spread around in the society because it is a symbol of disturbance in worship and indicates a crisis (like financial / Health & other) and eliminating positive energy or thinking. Therefore, an attempt is made to protect the flame from wind by covering a glass and stopping the fan or cooler or ac which is the source of air. Looking at this problem, the present invention aerodynamic apparatus that will get rid of this problem as the flame cannot be extinguished from the air which is generated from a fan or cooler or ac or by natural because air reaches the surface but it prevents and deflected easily from outside and minimum air is passed toward the flame from the outside structure and so, the flame can be perfectly and continuously lit without any shrink and shiver.

Specification

Field of Invention: -

• "Jyoti Kalash" is the name of one instrument which is capable of protecting the
flame of Deepak or called monolithic flame which is burned for God worship. "Jyoti
Kalash" can be called a house of natural Deepak (or Diya) and Deepak is having
two things, cotton wick and oil or ghee. "Jyoti Kalash" is working in two ways; The
first way is to protect the flame from the outside air. And the second way is to
exhaust air from the device, which is generated from flame and also passing fresh
air for helping burn the flame.
Objective of the Invention: -
• The principal of this invention is to create an aerodynamic product so outside air is deflected easily when hit on the surface of the innovative product. Hence, the air is not reachable towards the flame which is burned naturally, and therefore flame cannot be extinguished from the source of outside air like a fan or cooler or ac or by natural heavy wind.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that is helpful to pass the burning air which is burned continuously from the cotton wink.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that is helpful to view the flame and it continues lit.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that is helpful to put Deepak inside the device with help of one small gate or big hole.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure and is made of clay or brass or steel or glass or plastic (not ignitable).

• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that is helpful to place the monolithic lamp or Akhand lamp above the ground.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that is suitable for an unbroken lamp (Akhand lamp).
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that is not heated when the lamp is lit continuously.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that will be creating jobs and the Indian village would be financially strong when the product will be made with clay by the potter.
• The further objective of this invention is to create one designer product which having an aerodynamic structure that will avoid the thought of fear and sadness because we know that when the natural flame is suddenly extinguished by air, it is the indicated future crisis and symbol of fear.
Background of the Invention: -
• First, we think of Hinduism. Hinduism is an Indian (Hindu) religion or way of life.
It is the world's third-largest and oldest religion in the world. Hindu practices
include rituals such as worship (puja) and recitations, Japa, meditation (dhyana),
family-oriented rites of passage, and annual festivals. In every ritual or beginning of
any Puja, fire is lit in the first lamp (Deepak). At the beginning of every auspicious
work or at the end of the worship, there is a provision of aarti which is happened
only from the lamp and passing this Arti or flame of air to common humane because
it is the symbol of worship and blesses of God.

• Deepak has special significance during worship in Hinduism. The Deepak is the character in which the flame is ignited with cotton wick and oil or ghee. Traditional lamps are of clay, but today metal lamps are also in vogue in the modern era. All types of worship are not completed without igniting the lighting of a lamp. It is believed that lighting a lamp in worship is a symbol of devotion and is a symbol of great virtue.
• In Navratri (9 days) or in the temple, a lamp is producing day and night continuous lighting, it is called unbroken light or Akhand Jyoti. The purpose of lighting a flame in a lamp is to remove the darkness of life and society is believed that lighting a monolithic light during Navratri brings economic prosperity and peace prevails in the family and all the tasks will be prove.
• According to Hinduism, If the flame of a Jyoti Kalash is extinguished by the wind, then Lots of fearfulness is spread around in us and hence it is a symbol of disturbance in worship and indicates a crisis (like financial / Health & another issue). Therefore, an attempt is made by humans to protect the flame from any kind of wind like from the fan or cooler or ac which is the source of air. But mostly it fails to save the lit of flame.
• Hence the scope of the invention is present in the world and so, successfully made by me one aerodynamic structure that is controlling the air pressure (inside and outside) and the flame is not extinguished from any type of air. The air is easily diverted and does not stop in one place on the surface with help of the sphere shape of this device. Now we are talking about one special type of flower which is used to control the air pressure in this device. It has lots of holes and so, it helps to take the air from outside and passed it to the inside of the device and also take the hot air (Carbon dioxide (C02)) from the inside which is producing by the flame, and it is thrown towards outside. Therefore, my device is controlling the pressure of both air and flame.

Summary of the Invention: -
• The title of my invention is self-explanatory in that my gadget is the house of Deepak which will protect the flame from surrounding air and maintain the air pressure.
• My invention provides not only air inside the structure but also controls the flow of air from outside.
• Our aerodynamic product is built as a sphere shape so that when air is hit on the surface, it is diverted and passed easily from outside and does not stop in one place on the surface.
• The aerodynamic product is helping to maintain the pressure of air from high to low and thus it will be reached slowly towards the flame and that air is helping to burn the flame.
• The aerodynamic product is helping to create low pressure of air and so, a flame is not extinguished by air, we know that air is also necessary to burn the flame otherwise it is extinguished.
• A flower is used and has lots of holes. So, it helps to take the air from outside and passed it to the inside of the device and also take the hot air (Carbon dioxide C02) from the inside which is producing by the flame, and it is thrown towards outside.
• The special flower and sphere shape of the device both are to handle the air pressure and air passing mechanism. So, the flame is not extinguished from the air, and the flame is controlled.
• In Navratri (9 days) or in the temple, a lamp is producing continuous lighting day and night, it is called unbroken light or Akhand Jyoti. So, with help of this " Jyoti Kalash" unique aerodynamic device, can be controlled flame as well as air too.
• My unique device will be created and made of clay or brass or steel or glass or other material.
• My unique instrument is made of clay, too and this clay is easily available in India and villages will be strong only when my instrument is made by potters.

My product will give a complete solution for stopping this evil thinking and it will away the fear or sadness thoughts from our life which are coming from extinguished this flame by naturally and my instrument will be protected the flame from the air.

Working Detailed description of the Invention: -
• The main problem of the natural lamp/ Deepak (10) is extinguished by the normal and heavy wind (17) which is one type of natural or by a fan or by cooler or by AC. So, my innovation supports the flame (3) of the lamp / Deepak (10) which cannot be extinguished by any kind of wind (17). Because it is kept inside the "Jyoti Kalash" (all models are shown in figure 1/2/3/4/5), which has the capability of diversion the air (18) outside, and also, the airflow is easily moved towards the inside and outside (19) for Deepak's (10) burning. So, it could be said as a "Home of natural Deepak".
• Figures 1, 2, 3 4 and 5, all are different types of models of "Jyoti Kalash".
• Figures 1, 2, 3 4 and 5, all models of "Jyoti Kalash" are in Sphere shape (1) and this Sphere shape could be called an aerodynamic structure because the Sphere shape (sphere shape) is to help not only to flow air nonstop and also not create any barrier for stopping air.
• The transparent window (21) is made of a Polycarbonate Sheet (2) and it has mounted in front of the "Jyoti Kalash" structure which is standing on the stand (5). See Figures 1, 2, 3 4 and 5. It is mounted with help of Hasp (4), Hinge (7), Nut & bolt (8) with Weatherstrip (6). So that Deepak (10) should be easily placed inside and visible from the outside.
• Due to the aerodynamic shape of the flower (15) and its functionality, it diverts heavy air (17) from outside and supplies minimal air to burn the flame (3), and also, it is also able to expel hot air from inside helps (19).

• Model 1 of "Jyoti Kalash" (figure 1) has one front window (21), one spherical shape
(I) and many flowers (15) are placed on the surface's hole (8) as well as on top of the
model. This window (21) is helping to place the natural Deepak (10) inside the
"Jyoti Kalash". Flowers (15) pictures are mentioned in Figures 6 to 9.
• Model 2 of "Jyoti Kalash" (figure 2) has one front window (21), spherical shape (1), and many flowers (15) are mounted on the surface's hole (8) only. This big window (21) is also there for placing the natural Deepak (10) inside "Jyoti Kalash" and it can be open from outside whenever the customer wants. Flowers (15) pictures are mentioned in Figures 6 to 9.
• Model 3 of "Jyoti Kalash" (figure 3) has one front window (21), spherical shape (1), and many flowers (15) are placed on the surface's hole (8) and it is open (11) on the top and covered with a cover (12). This big window (21) is there for placed natural Deepak from outside and it could be opened from outside by customer if required. Flowers (15) pictures are mentioned in Figures 6 to 9.
• Model 4 of "Jyoti Kalash" (figure 4) has a spherical shape (1) and many flowers (15) are placed on the surface's hole (8) and it is open on the top (11) and covered with a cover (12). Polycarbonate small square sheets (14) are fixed on the medium size hole (13) so that we can see a flame from the surroundings. In this model, no window (2) is there. The Deepak (10) should be placed from the top side's open area (13) and it is covered with help of cover (12) which is opened if required by the customer.
• Model 5 of "Jyoti Kalash" (figure 5) has spherical shape (1) and many flowers (15) are placed on the surface's hole (8) and it is open on the top with cover. This model 5 is made of glass only so that flame can be visible from all sides of the sphere shape. In it, no window (2) is there. The Deepak (10) should be placed from the top side
(II) which is opened (12) if required by the customer.
• Unique aerodynamic designs for all models of "Jyoti Kalash" are Sphere shape (1).
I am bringing this idea from the hemispherical dome and this is used on the top of
the temple, masjid, etc. because a heavy wind (17) will not be able to damage the
structure of the temple or masjid, and hence, the wind (17) is passed easily with help
of a curve shape. So, I am not using a hemispherical circle shape but a Sphere shape

which is useful to bypass (18) the wind (17) and give up the pressure of airflow (17), and hence, our flame (3) is not extinguished by any wind (17).
• After understanding all models of "Jyoti Kalash" and its Sphere shape (1). I want to explain the functionality and working of the special design "flower (15)" and its shape. "Flower (15)" is having a special design and shape, so that it has holes (16) and leafy (20) of the Flower (15). See figure 6 to 9 and figure 34 & 35.
• This leaf (20) of flowers (15) is also having a unique design and its looks twisted in shape. Just like we want to dry our wet clothes and for doing this, we are twisted them. We are using twisted leaves (20) because when air (17) is forcefully hit on them, the air (18) is passed easily with help of the curve shape of the surface which is twisted and so, it is diverted (18) from one place to another. See Figures 6 to 9 and Figures 34 & 35.
• One of the major working functions of these leaves (20) is that heavy wind (17) is not forcefully entered inside the "Jyoti Kalash".
• Also, Holes (16) have unique functionality which is present inside the flower (15). With help of these holes (16), it passed hot air (19) which is generated from the flame (3) of Deepak (10), and also, it is passed fresh air (19) inside the frame of "Jyoti Kalash". So, Holes (16) in flowers (15) are maintained diverted air (18) and air pressure and the fresh air (19) which is useful to burn flame (3). See figure 6 to 9 and figure 34 & 35.
• Now, the first three models (1, 2, and 3) of the "Jyoti Kalash" instrument are sphere in shape (1) and also have a window (21) and a lot of flowers (15) mounted on the surface's hole. When heavy winds (17) are blowing naturally or by a fan or by cooler or AC and heavy airflow is hit on the surface of the appliance, even then, our flame (3) is not extinguished due to the following reasons:

1) The first main part of the device is a sphere in shape which is helping to divert the airflow (18) to the surrounding area. So that, heavy air pressure does not enter the equipment, and thus the wind force weakens as time progresses and cannot reach the fire (3).
2) The second main part is the Flower (15) which is having a beautiful design and has a unique working methodology and it is further divided and diverted

air (18) pressure to another low level so that airflow is weakening to not extinguish the flame (3) of Deepak (10). and next level of important working is not only passing hot air by holes (16) which are mounted on the surface of the flower (15) so it is easy to exit for hot air (19) which is generated by the flame (3) and it is not forcefully stopped by airflow which is blowing surrounding because it has been already weaken.
3) We know that air (17) is necessary for the flame (3) to burn. If air (17) cannot reach the flame (3), the flame is extinguished due to lack of air. The next level of important work is to provide fresh air towards the flame (3) with help of flowers (15). Hence our device is fully functional which maintains a constant inflow of fresh air (19) inside and hence flame (3) is continuously lit.
4) The next level of important work by the device is to show the flame (3) whether it continues lit or extinguished by air (17). Hence customers should know that the heavy wind (17) is not affecting the flame (3) due to this device only, and so that Deepak (10) should be easily placed inside and it is visible from the outside.
5) In model 3 (figure 3), the top is open (11) and it is covered by one item (12) and it is made with the same material which was the material of this model and so, the flame is protected by air.

• Now for the next model 4 (Figure 4) of the "Jyoti Kalash," the instrument is the same sphere shape and a lot of flowers (15). It is also having the same functionality that was explained just before this paragraph and it is when heavy winds (17) are blowing naturally or by a fan or by cooler or AC and heavy airflow is hit on the surface of the appliance, the flame (3) is not extinguished. In this model, the top is open (11) and it is covered by one item (12) and it is made with the same material which was the material of this model and so, the flame (10) is protected by air (17). The working method and principles are the same, as explained earlier.
• In this model 4, instate of using a window (2), I am using a big hole (13) with a transparent cover (14) because we want to display the flame (3) which is lit and not extinguished. The working method and principles are the same, as explained earlier.

• Now for the next model 5 of the "Jyoti Kalash," the instrument is the same sphere shape and a lot of flowers (15). It is also having the same functionality that was explained just before this paragraph and it is when heavy winds (17) are blowing naturally or by a fan or by cooler or AC and heavy airflow is hit on the surface of the appliance, the flame (3) is not extinguished. The working method and principles are the same, as explained earlier.
• Model 5 is made of glass so no need for any front window (21) for seeing the flame (3) and placing the Deepak (10) because it is fully visible to us.
• My unique device, called Model of Jyoti Kalash from 1 to 5 is created by clay, brass, steel, glass, and other material.
