Automotive Seat Slouch With Rack And Pinion Based Locking System
Abstract: The subject matter described herein relates to a rear seat slouch assembly for a vehicle. The rear seat slouch assembly includes a first sliding assembly, a second sliding assembly and a reclining assembly for allowing the fore and aft movement in proportion with the reclining movement of a seat. A sector and a second engaging member based locking assembly is provided for selectively locking a cushion seat and a seat backrest at any intermediate positions between the two extreme positions of the seat when a first lever is shifted from an unlock position to a lock position.
