DESCRIPTION
The machine is launched under the brand name "BIOCRUX". The main function of the machine is to crush/granulate empty plastic/ pet bottles/ cans into fine granules. This machine is first of its kind and is mainly developed to keep the environment clean and green. It has been developed with adequate safety measures so as to avoid any accidents/mishaps and at the sanfie time it is also a user friendly machine. The detailed description f the machine is as follows: The diameter of the machine is 1590 (L) * 1000 (D) * 700 (W) with wheels at the bottom. It is divided into two cabinets. The upper cabinet contains the machine body along with the motor, while the lower cabinet comprises of the bin where the granules of the plastic bottles will be deposited. The machine is single phased with 3HP motor, two fixed and three rotating blades as a consequence of which it can be easily installed anywhere. It has a timer attached with a censor so that the machine runs for a fixed time only and there is no wastage of electricity. When empty bottle is put into the opening provided in the machine the censor detects it and it starts functioning immediately. There is an indicator on the body of the machine which turns green while the machine runs. Once the bottle is cut in small pieces with the dedicated time the switch will get off and granules will be stored in the bin kept below. The machine has been made with adequate sound measure to avoid #ny noises and meet the standard set for the public places.

I, claim, that the machine BIOCRUX has been
invented by me . I am the first and the foremost inventor of the machine. The design of the machine is my own creation and it has not been copied from anywhere. This kind of machine has been developed for the first time in India. It is a novel invention in an attempt to keep the environment clean and pollution free. It has been developed with adequate safety measures so as to avoid any accidents/mishaps, less sound (as per norms) and at the same time it is also a user friendly machine. The machine can be installed in any public place to curb the issue of disposing used empty pet bottles.
