DESC:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[001] The present invention relates to a ceiling fan. More specifically, the ceiling fan having seamless blade assembly to provide smooth air flow and low sound and also provides better aesthetic to the fan.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] The components used in a BLDC ceiling fan generally includes blades, motor, shaft, top cover, bottom cover etc. Such ceiling fans are usually electrically powered which provide electricity to the motor of the ceiling fan. Such motor is responsible to further provides torque to the hub-mounted rotating blades to circulate air. The blades of the ceiling fan provides the rotation mechanism and built in way so as to attract the warm air upwards. As the hot air rises up, the blades of the fan slice this air and push it down. This being a continuous process causes the air in the room to circulate in the entire room.
[003] Many attempts have been made to make the changes in the components used in a ceiling fan in order to boost ceiling fan efficiency and achieve better cooling effects.
[004] Conventional aesthetic of celling fans is not seamless design there is always a breakage and gapping in between bottom cover trim and blade trim. And the blade assembly starts after the motor edge. This type of construction having the problem of mismatching in between bottom cover trim and blade trim and also sound problems due to more number of parts. In this types of construction air flow waste is more and efficiency is low.
[005] Therefore, there is a need for a BLDC fan which is efficient, safe to use, smooth air flow and low sound, and provides even distribution of air throughout the room.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[006] It is therefore an object of the present invention is to provide a seamless aesthetic look of ceiling fan.
[007] Another object of the present invention is to provide an aerodynamics profile for smooth airflow, low noise and to avoid whistling sound.
[008] Yet another object of the present invention is to reduce assembly parts which creating turbulence during air flow.
[009] Another object of the present invention is to provide an ornamental construction provided to reduce excess plastic parts touching sound.
[0010] Another object of the present invention is to avoid Blade Ornamental and Body ornamental mismatch Problem.
[0011] Another object of the present invention is to provide Twist and blades angles in Blades not shank.
[0012] Additional aspects, advantages, and features of the present invention are set forth in this specification, and in part will become apparent to those skilled in the art on examination of the following, or may be learned by practice of the invention. The inventions disclosed in this application are not limited to any particular set of or combination of aspects, advantages, and features.
