BACKGROUND
[002] The background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[003] Strength is one of the most essential parameters in the construction industry. To increase the strength, raw material and design parameters play an important role in construction of a structure. However, due to limited availability of resources, the design parameters are prioritized over the raw materials to strengthen the structure. Conventional design structures suffer from several limitations such as unsustainability of structures against natural disasters such as flood, earthquake, and so on.
[004] Therefore, there is a need of an efficient and cost effective solution which can obviate the aforementioned limitations associated with the conventional approaches.
[005] All publications herein are incorporated by reference to the same extent as if each individual publication or patent application were specifically and individually indicated to be incorporated by reference. Where a definition or use of a term in an incorporated reference is inconsistent or contrary to the definition of that term provided herein, the definition of that term provided herein applies and the definition of that term in the reference does not apply.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[006] A general object of the present invention is to provide an efficient and cost effective solution which can overcome the limitations associated with conventional design structures.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0023] The following is a detailed description of embodiments of the disclosure depicted in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments are in such details as to clearly communicate the disclosure. However, the amount of detail offered is not intended to limit the anticipated variations of embodiments; on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the present disclosure as defined by the appended claims.
[0024] While embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described, it will be clear that the invention is not limited to these embodiments only. Numerous modifications, changes, variations, substitutions, and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, as described in the claim.
[0025] Embodiments explained herein relate to building block units for construction of walls e.g., prefabricated homes or walls, with reduced resources and increased strength. The wall is constructed by forming one or more building block units together. The building block unit includes a set of bricks which are oval-shaped or egg-type structure. The oval-shaped bricks are placed over top of one another to make a wall. Due to the oval-shaped nature of bricks, force applied on the top surface of bricks is distributed over the whole structure/ surface of bricks. Thus, due to the oval-shaped nature of bricks, it enhances the strength of the overall structure. Due to type of raw materials and use of hollow bricks, it may result in reduction in resources that leads in reduction in weight of the overall wall structure.
[0026] FIG. 1 illustrates an exemplary representation of the building block unit, in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the building block unit 100 may include at least one first layer 101 and at least one second layer 102. The first layer 101 may include a first set of bricks 104-1, 104-2, 104-3, 104-4, 104-5, whereas the second layer 102 may include a second set of bricks 104-6, 104-7, 104-8, 104-9, 104-10. The first set of bricks may be supported by a support structure. The second set of bricks may be placed above the corresponding first set of bricks. In an example, to form the building block unit, the bricks 104-1, 104-2, 104-3, 104-4, 104-5 may be arranged in a first row forming the first layer 101. The bricks 104-1, 104-2, 104-3, 104-5, 104-6, 104-7, 104-8, 104-9, and 104-10 may be collectively referred to as bricks 104 and individually referred to as brick 104. Each of the first and the second sets of bricks is oval shaped. It would be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that oval-shaped bricks can take any dimension or size.
[0027] In an exemplary embodiment, adjacent bricks in each layer may be in contact with each other. The second set of bricks 104-6, 104-7, 104-8, 104-9, 104-10 may be placed in another row over the first set of bricks 104-1, 104-2, 104-3, 104-4, 104-5, respectively. However, it would be appreciated by a person skilled in the art that the layer 101/102 may include any number of bricks depending upon width of the wall.
[0028] In an embodiment, the building block unit 100 may include a shock absorbing layer 103 disposed between the first layer 101 and the second layer 102. The shock absorbing layer may be made of shock absorbing fluids, gel and material such as foam or a polymer. The shock absorbing layer 103 may be configured to absorb shock pulse which may be generated e.g., during natural disasters such as earthquakes and so on. Thus, the shock absorbing layer 103 may become a barrier for the shock pulses.
[0029] In an embodiment, an upper surface of each of the first set of bricks and a lower surface of each of the second set of bricks may be in contact with the shock absorbing layer 103.
[0030] In an embodiment, the building block unit 100 may include adhesive means 105 disposed over between two adjacent bricks in each of the first and second layers. In an example, in the form of the adhesive means, mortar may be applied to the spaces between the bricks 104 to conceal the joints between adjacent bricks. In an example, the types of adhesive means may include natural, synthetic, thermoplastics, thermosetting, and so on.
[0031] It is to be appreciated that though the embodiments of the present disclosure have been explained with reference to two layers, the concept of the present invention can be used for any number of layers, and all such embodiments are within the scope of the present disclosure without any limitations whatsoever.
[0032] FIG. 2 illustrates an exemplary representation of brick of the building block unit, in accordance with embodiment of the present disclosure. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the brick 104 may have oval-shaped structure or egg-shell type structure. The bricks may have hollow or solid structure. The hollow brick may contain low weight compared to the solid structure. In addition, the weight can be further reduced by selecting an appropriate material for bricks. Due to the egg-shell type structure, it is harder to break the brick if the force is applied vertically on the brick. Since the force is distributed over the surface of the brick, therefore nullifying the effect of force from the opposite side. In other words, the egg-shell or oval shaped structure provides strength to the bricks to sustain even when the large force is applied on the bricks.
[0033] FIG. 3 illustrates an exemplary representation of wall formed with the set of building block units, in accordance with embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 3, the wall may be constructed by placing one over another. FIG. 3 shows layers 301, 302, 303, 304, and 305, which can be considered as a single building block unit or a combination of multiple building block units.
[0034] FIGs. 4A and 4B illustrate exemplary representations of top view and side view of the wall formed with the set of building block units, respectively, in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure. FIG. 4A illustrates a top view of wall formed with a set of building blocks, where each of the building blocks may be formed with four bricks being arranged horizontally. FIG. 4B illustrates a side view of the wall formed with the four building blocks, each being formed with four bricks being arranged horizontally.
[0035] While the foregoing describes various embodiments of the invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof. The scope of the invention is determined by the claims that follow. The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, versions or examples, which are included to enable a person having ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention when combined with information and knowledge available to the person having ordinary skill in the art.
